This is the best car I ever owned.Its fun to drive really something different that I am used to . 2 months now still no fill up with gas yet. Only complaint is no spare tire. And that noisy acoustic vehicle alert system.

The 25 Honda Civic Hatchback Hybrid Sport offers great driver safety features because of the collision alert and lane changing alerts. The driver's seat is easy to adjust because of the auto features. On the Sport mode side...it is great to be able to activate it so it makes braking smoother and it charges the battery faster.

I have been having really good experiences with Crown Honda over the last 4 years. The work is done well and expeditiously. The service advisors Mathew Gordon and Xavier Montes have been very helpful interfacing the customer with the mechanic. It has worked very well. I needed to wait through the lunch period and appreciated the paid uber transportation to and from a local restaurant. I plan on using Crown Honda in the future as I plan on keeping my 2019 HRV

Came for an oil change, had an amazing breakfast omelette, and then looked at a new civic!

My first time at Crown Honda and I knew I was in the right place. I first called and spoke with Jean to set an appt to have flat tire checked. She was very helpful and knowledgeable, and a “real” person. The guys outside quickly came out to see how they could help and had me wait inside for an advisor. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my service advisor was assigned and calling me to discuss the reason for the service. Thomas Allen my service advisor was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He gave me a timeframe and what options I had once we found out the root cause. Coming from another dealership who recently had mgmt change leaving the service dept in disarray, I can’t tell you how happy to find a new home where it was evident they knew how to provide great service. Had a great experience with Jordan. Very knowledgeable and not pushy like most all other dealerships. I started the process months ago and the only dealerships I revisited were the ones that did not push, push, push. Mike in service is amazing, after our Honda was towed in Mike explained everything throughly and got us fixed & out the door the same day! Jake in sales offered to pick us up and drive us to the dealership instead of waiting for the tow truck! Fantastic customer service all around!
