It was pleasant service ,just that the wait time was too long for engine oil change , and rotation tire, ( 3 hrs ) eventhough , the advisor said will take 2 hours or less but , the advisor was very friendly, I hope they will improve this issue in the future.

This is the best car I ever owned.Its fun to drive really something different that I am used to . 2 months now still no fill up with gas yet. Only complaint is no spare tire. And that noisy acoustic vehicle alert system.

Simply amazing! From start to finish this car is a pure joy to drive and own. Add a spoiler and minor accessories and people will think it’s a type R. I got the Sport Touring Hybrid hatchback in bright blue and I have no complaints, from looks to features this is hands down car of the year. I just got this vehicle a month ago almost now. I am just now about to fill my first paid gas tank. I really love the vehicle. Yes, great gas mileage with normal driving behaviors is feasible. I am trending close to getting 50mpg in 80/20 city/highway usage on this first tank. I do expect it to change each tank and especially in the summer heat where I live which starts in April where I live till December. The performance is why you're paying more money for this car. Test Drive it and use all the modes and Honda's website recommends using economy mode on the highway, which I agree. Normal is perfect for city use and Sport is great if you wanna show off. It handles amazing! It is plenty of roomy. Surprised how much headroom it has, almost like an SUV for someone who is 5'9. The features are nice. Fit and Finish is nice. Is it premium like a Mazda inside and out, no. The styling is more contemporary modern. Not flashy, but also nice looking. I got the Touring model. It is worth the upcharge for sure!

I had never bought a car before and only heard horrible things about how awful the process of car buying can be. However, this was NOT my experience with Ourisman Honda of Laurel!! I was greeted with nothing but professionalism, compassion, and kindness. They truly care about their customers! George was INCREDIBLE every step of the way. He even sent me a video of the vehicle I was interested in before I came in. He made every part of the process easy to understand and made sure I would be able to drive off with the car I wanted. I can’t say enough about George. He was so kind and caring and willing to do whatever it took for me to be able to officially say “I’m a car owner!” He took his time with me and never made me feel rushed. Thank you George!! The finance office was the part I was most scared of. I was sooo pleasantly surprised and relieved when I met Ash. He also gave me some great financial advice for bettering my future that I am truly grateful for. He helped me find the right terms for my loan so that I could be comfortable and confident as I drove off the lot. Thank you Ash!! Every single person I interacted with went above and beyond their job description and made me feel like I mattered. It felt like it wasn’t just my business that mattered but that me as a person with a life outside of that dealership, I mattered to them. My happiness and well-being mattered to them. My future and comfort mattered to them. There was not a single time I felt pressured or discouraged. The car was also immaculately clean, which I very much appreciated. Purchasing a new care here was a positive experience. We knew we wanted a CR-V and Apollo helped us understand the various trim levels. Ourisman Honda in Bethesda and Rich Kandel?s team is the best car dealership and I highly recommend them! This is my 4th new Honda from them and the sales and service team are the friendliest and most efficient team I have ever experienced. Plus, you cannot get a better location, downtown Bethesda, especially when waiting for service! My Pilots have been fun, sporty, with excellent safety measures and the lowest maintenance costs! You cannot go wrong at Ourisman Honda.

Not really sure I understand but the GMC maintenance that I bought through a different dealership wasn?t as straight forward with other dealerships but she still made it a very easy experience. She explained how the maintenance contract works so moving forward it will be easier. While I did end up paying for service I am still very satisfied with the service that I received and I felt like I was well taken care. I will continue to use this dealership due to the level of of care I received. Great service!

Lou was very friendly. Seems to be an all around great, honest guy. My decision to purchase the vehicle was a breeze, as he didn't have to do much selling. I did most of my research prior to the test drive and purchase. The wait for the others involved in the process was a bit unnerving. I'm used to everything - test drive, paperwork - being no more than 1 1/2 hour. I had my own financing so wasn't sure why it took so long to "check out". This dealership was a lot longer, but all in all not too bad.

We had an excellent experience at Rosenthal Landmark Honda. The salesman, Thomas Beyene, went the extra mile in helping us find a good. solid car to buy, secure financing at a reasonable interest rate, add the car to our insurance etc. He was thorough and pleasant, took the time to explain all the paperwork and answered questions willingly. Mr. Sadalla, the finance manager was pleasant and reasonable, made financing and add-on options clear but was not overly pushy about it. We were extremely satisfied with our experience and would buy a car from them again, if we ever need to. (Note we did not have a trade in for this purchase)

I enjoyed my test drive experience and the staff was attentive. However, the rep who worked with me and my boyfriend insisted on accompanying us on the test drive. No other rep had joined us at other lots, either private or dealership, so it seemed like more pressure and less privacy. We also had to tell the dealer that we’d meet him inside after talking privately. Again, pressure. That, plus no acknowledgement of the need for cosmetic repairs—duct tape under the seat, a hole worn through the driver’s car mat—made it fairly easy to walk away from a decent car.
