They talked me out of service I didn't need but had scheduled, so I appreciate that! Very friendly, kept me informed with both the standard text updates and video walk through. He also came into the waiting room several times to personally give me updates.

Megan for helpful and informative in service. Did not purchase my vehicle there because in 2022 was not available until March. Needed a new Honda crv since the beginning of February. Bought in Marion Ohio but wanted to buy at Sunnyside. My only complaint was the charged a fee for me to use my credit card, that was lame.

I just had the best experience with your service department at Rick Roush Honda in Medina Ohio. The young man’s name is Dan Weinmann and he couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. It was a simple fix so I wasn’t even charged. I have brought my 2006 Honda Accord and they have serviced my car several times. I highly recommend this business when looking for a car (we love Hondas!) or for any service needs. My husband used to be able to work on all of cars but isn’t able to anymore. I’m so thankful to have a good, reliable and honest place to take our Hondas. This business is an awesome place for our wonderful community! After looking at car options online we decided to inquire about the 2025 Honda Civic. The initial call to the dealership was positive - the salesperson indicated the car was available and would be placed out front for us.
