We just bought a pre owned Civic today. We had a great experience with Sah, our salesperson, and Leo, the finance manager. Everything was upfront and honest. No hidden fees, no lies. The price we found online was the price of the car, which, believe it or not, is a rare thing apparently!! I wish we had gone here months ago when we began our search so we could have avoided all the wasted time with other dealerships, like Babylon Honda, who lied to our faces over and over!! We will definitely be back when we need another car!! Thank you!! Honesty goes a loooong way!!

The 1st Honda I have ever purchased. The reliability, comfort, and technology are far superior to the other brands I have owned. Quiet with very little road noise, no wind noise, and can hear radio and phone calls easily.

Best experience for my first car purchase, I was stressing looking online for vehicles & came across a car at Honda new Rochelle I liked set up a appointment unfortunately when I got there it had been sold the day before but thanks to Pedro Gutierrez my sales consultant for helping find a vehicle for my family and I, the team at Honda New Rochelle was quick and pleasant to work with helped me every step of the way. This car saved my husbands life…they don’t have an option to give a safety rating but my husband completely totaled the car and he just got out and walked away…I can’t thank the makers enough. 10/10 safety rating.

Recently I had to get a newer car and believe me I was stressed because of the situation but when I went to CarMax which this is my second car from them it was once again amazing to work with them! I had the pleasure of working with 2 amazing sales associates. Helen Mayo who was my main sales associate and Cheyeene Toliver who helped out my wife and myself when Helen was off! They both were very kind and helpful and made the process an ease! I was thinking of other options but since they were amazing I went with them instead if your looking for a car I highly recommend you ask for either of these two women they are a great help!

I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation for the prompt and efficient service on my vehicle and especially to Mr.Wilfredo Torres, Advisor, and his Technicians who work behind the scenes. I was impressed by his professionalism and his cordial and warm approach. I used to cross the Outerbridge and drive over an hour to New Jersey to get service where I bought my Honda not knowing that just where I live, I could get a much better service and beyond compare.

Once again I went to Staten Island Honda to Lease/Buy a another CR-V. I had done so for my 2014 CR-V. As expected, I was not disappointed with my decision to go the this dealership. He is an honest, transparent and professional individual. He was absolutely knowledge and made this an extremely easy process, from start to finish. I chose to lease and then will probably buy the car at the end of the lease. I am very happy with the car and totally recommend Lynch Eugene at Staten Island Honda if you are looking for a car. I had an extraordinary experience at the Honda in Tarrytown. Initially, I received poor service from a Honda dealership in New Rochelle. I inquired on buying out my lease and the previous dealership stopped showing interest in helping me. I felt so defeated and stressed after receiving discouraging emails from the New Rochelle dealership. I took a few days to brainstorm on where to go next. I decided to call the Honda in Tarrytown dealership and expressed my concerns to the finance manager Jose. Jose was empathetic and apologetic about my experience at the previous dealership. He assured me that I would be treated with care. He stood true to his word. I spoke with one of the salesmen Anthony who was very professional and helpful. I made an appointment with him on Sunday to discuss financing options. Due to unfortunate personal circumstances, Anthony could not be present for our appointment. I did not mind and completely understand. When I walked in on Sunday, all staff members were so welcoming and friendly. Offered me water, tea, or coffee. I had the opportunity to sit with a kind gentleman, Bobby Zimmer. I was very nervous walking in, and Bobby has to be one of the kindest salesmen I have ever met! He put my mind at ease. He certainly was genuine, addressed my concerns, and was very detailed with me providing me with paperwork so I understood the process fully. Although I did not buy a new car, he made me feel equally as important as someone who was. This means so much to me. I also want to give a shout out to business manager, Carlos who was equally as helpful and kind. I could not stop thanking them. I got approved for financing and officially bought out my car! It felt like a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders! I have to write, if you are someone who wants to deal with an honest dealership who truly cares about providing great customer service then Honda in Tarrytown is the dealership for you! I was pleasantly surprised by the professional and helpful people I met when I first visited the Honda of Stamford dealership.
