The staff and sales team were very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was very positive. The customer service was very professional and took their time to help each customer with service. They absolutely did help me to get the vehicle I was interested in buying and took the time to answer any questions. The sales person I had was very humble and hospitable as well as the financial person, reception desk and the manager of the dealership. Everyone greeted me as soon as I arrived. I definitely would recommend Mainline Honda to anyone interested in looking for a vehicle.

I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

I have only used Piazza Honda for service. I had an oil change performed. They had me out quicker than their estimate. The technician sends you a video to go over what they did, what they recommend, etc., which makes you feel more confident. The front desk employee, Ryan MacDonald, was friendly and helpful. We went to Piazza on Thursday to trade in our car and get a new one. We had to roll over money but the service team was amazing at working the numbers and making sure we were walking away with a new car and as happy as can be!

Bought a Used Honda from them. Test drove, did a trade in. Lots of forms and quality stuff. Good price, typical car dealer sleight of hand, but I think we got a great deal on a good car. It was not detailed very well (2014 model) or it was so dirty detailing didn't help. We will use the heck out of it, so no matter. Dave was very nice to us. Not email savvy.
