Used 2022 Honda CR-V SUVs for sale near Solon, OH

I purchased a vehicle today through Michael Baldwin. He was very professional and matter of fact. I appreciated his knowledge and his tact. The business manger Warren was kind and knowledgeable. Never had such fun purchasing a vehicle.

My door handles some times don't work well is hard to open I buy this crv 2022 brand new after 4 months I have this problem

Even purchasing a used “as-is” car I had tire trouble on the way home from the dealer and their sales manager Matt and service manager Alex listened to my problem and really went above and beyond with fixing my problem. They did a fantastic job of making me feel like a valued customer and like they wanted to make this purchasing experience outstanding. This dealership did an outstanding job of providing me with a great purchasing experience and a stellar after purchase experience. I am truly blown away by the level of customer service I experienced with this purchase. This dealership truly still seems to put the customer first and realize the value of customer satisfaction.

The 1st Honda I have ever purchased. The reliability, comfort, and technology are far superior to the other brands I have owned. Quiet with very little road noise, no wind noise, and can hear radio and phone calls easily.

From the moment I walked in Kelly Buchner welcomed me in and was doing my paperwork. She explained that she would be texting or calling to update me on what was going on with my car. She had such a positive attitude and was ready to do whatever she could to help me. My car was finished the next day. When I came back to pick up my car she told me if I had any problems or questions please call her back.Thank again for making a bad situation better.

This is the second Subaru I have bought from this dealer. The wife bought her Outback in 2015, and she is still in love with it. Due to physical issues, I needed a car that was easier for me to get into, decided to give the Forester a look and it was a perfect fit. I am also well pleased with the service dept and sales staff. Megan for helpful and informative in service. Did not purchase my vehicle there because in 2022 was not available until March. Needed a new Honda crv since the beginning of February. Bought in Marion Ohio but wanted to buy at Sunnyside. My only complaint was the charged a fee for me to use my credit card, that was lame.
