I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

Sticky steering wheel when cruising at 40+ speed. The new CRV shares the same platform as the Civic. Since the Civic has a recent recall, expect CRV to have the recall in the future.

Wonderful Service from the start to finish ! The salesperson that unbelievably helped us was Mr.Eduardo, he was very patient with our questions and concerns. My 2023 Honda CR-V has been making rattling or knocking noises its very loud especially when at red lights and stop signs. It stops when I turn the air conditioner off. I took it back to the car dealership which is Gwinnett Place Honda here in Georgia and they didn’t find anything the first time because it stopped making noises by the time I got there. And on the second time I took it it was making noises they said maybe I need a compressor and they kept my car and gave me a loaner.

There was quick service. My appointment was on time. The assistant was attentive and gave great recommendations. The facility was nice and clean. I received a complimentary car wash as well.

I experience the most exceptional experience with JP who was my sales person. JP took his time to make sure I was satisfied in exactly what I was looking for. Good job JP

I recently needed some minor body work on the front side bumper area where a car had scraped it. The car came back just like new. All the employees that I interacted with were very nice and professional. No one tried to over sell me on things I didn’t need giving me more faith in their honesty. Very pleased with this experience. Highly recommend them based on my experience.
