My 2023 Honda CR-V has been making rattling or knocking noises its very loud especially when at red lights and stop signs. It stops when I turn the air conditioner off. I took it back to the car dealership which is Gwinnett Place Honda here in Georgia and they didn’t find anything the first time because it stopped making noises by the time I got there. And on the second time I took it it was making noises they said maybe I need a compressor and they kept my car and gave me a loaner.

Once again, I had the pleasure of being serviced at AutoNation Honda Hollywood. Yesterday my battery died. My neighbor gave me a jump start and I drove to Honda. When I got there the person who greeted me outside said, I'm sorry but the shop is closing and we are not taking any more jobs today. I told him the situation and asked if Endie was there. He told me he no longer works there. I asked if Kevin was there and he said yes. I got out of my car and told him please do not turn the car off. As always, Kevin treated me like family. Let me start by saying our sales rep was excellent ,Yarib Cuebas, and our overall sales experience was good. The only thing I don't like is that, because of supply and demand, dealerships in general are overcharging for their vehicles well above MSRP. But we do love our new RAV4 hybrid. And once again our sales rep was great.
