My 2024 Honda CR-V is everything I expected and more. It has great pickup, quick stopping ability, U-turn small radius like I've never seen, and good on gas mileage.

In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.

The dealership is very nice and has a friendly sales staff. Fair and upfront about condition of the vehicle and pricing associated with it. Would recommend dealership to other Honda shoppers

I bought Honda CRV 2024 and been pleasure to own this car as its my first time! The color is unique and powertrain works fabulous. Since i bought this recently have not driven the car much but i can sense its gonna go long with us. Still have to get familiar with all those lots of features of course however i just wish there was a fog light too for convivence specially driving at night or rough weather. Over all nothing compares Honda and its flawlessness...giving it a big thumps up!

I’d like to extend the highest commendation for Lyle Ota Service Manager, Airport Marina Honda. Lyle is to be commended for the excellent services and his leadership of a great team. I brought my Honda Accord into the Service Department around 8am Friday, April 11, 2023, and was given an approximate time of completion, and so it was, as discussed. Additionally, I’d like to commend Service Advisor, Irawan Soegono, for his proficiency and excellence. He explained the issues and services very well, and to my satisfaction. He was gracious in escorting me to the Reception Desk, where I was assisted by Mary Neal, in order to sign up for the shuttle. Mary Neal and shuttle driver, Gabriel are commended highly for their efficiency and professionalism. I am so appreciative for Airport Marina Honda and for all of the great services that were provided. A little disappointed this year. I’ve had 4. The drivers seat does not go back far enough for me and passenger seat only moves forward and back. Drives like shock absorbers need changed. Still love these carbs, but not quite the same quality.

I want to thank Honda and my sales rep Amalia for a good, smooth and fast process . Compared to other times I've been in cardelearships, this was the fastest time as far as hours spent waiting for finance. I love that she had an appointment with finance for me to just go and sign and I was out right away. She was very caring and always on top of everything. Thank you Amalia and Honda!

The service writer was courteous, respectful, honest, and listen to all of my concerns. Every time I’ve had my vehicle into Long Beach Honda Service department, it has been a pleasurable and satisfying experience. If all automotive dealerships conducted business and attentiveness the way that Long Beach Honda does, it would instill faith into all dealerships service departments.

Everyone was friendly, professional, and accommodating. It took a very long time but I was very happy with the results, they took my old car and I got a new one.

The person that I had an appointment was not there because I was early. Someone else assisted and he was very nice and helpful. When we got in the car that I wanted he showed me different things about the car. He also let me take it for a test drive by myself.

My wife and I enjoyed the entire buying process. Starting with kevin and then handled with care and support from Antwaun. The entire organization displayed warmth and professionalism.The leadership has opviously created an atmosphere that promotes problem solving and support. Can't say enough about Antwaun..he gets it.
