This week, at Regal Lakeland, I had a commendable buying experience thanks to an exceptional salesman, Victor Estrada. His integrity, relatability, and advocacy resulted in my wife getting the exact car she wanted at a very fair price. After test driving this specific Honda CRV model at 4 other dealerships, I was getting annoyed at hearing the same sales tactics and cliches over and over again. By contrast, it was refreshing to meet Victor when my wife and I walked into his office. He was a good listener and paid close attention to my wife's priorities before her test drive. He was also patient in explaining, in layman's terms, some of the advanced safety features this car was equipped with. She was impressed with this CPO car. Victor was able to secure a fair price on a fine vehicle that should last for years. Regal Lakeland will be my first stop when replacing my vehicle next year. Honda Passport recall for fuel pump. Waited 16 months for part through no fault of the dealer. Recall repair time was performed in a prompt and reasonable amount of time. My Service Advisor, Johnny, was attentive and provided excellent customer service keeping us updated along the way. Car feels great. Vehicle performance was noticeably improved and the car feels great. I would absolutely recommend this dealership for its excellent customer service, great staff such as Johnny, and their ability not to keep you there for hours on end as other dealers so often do.

We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.
