We've been happy with our previous Honda's and found our new one to be just as well made and nice features. We expect our new CRV to be just as great as our last ones.

Our experience began with outstanding communication via email AND text with Ariana Toshek. She answered all my questions and was very welcoming. She gave us the courage to drive 1.5hrs from South NJ to Brooklyn. Next on deck - Sales Consultant Owais Khan. Car buying in general is stressful and he went out of his way to make it fun! Knowing this was our 1st time in Brooklyn he actually turned our test drive into a sight seeing tour. He even kept my 6 & 10 yr old entertained when we started to loose control of them! His product knowledge was ON POINT!!! He knew EVERYTHING about the CRV including the history and got my wife's phone totally set up in her new car. Looking back he was on point in every aspect of his job today and made it very smooth, comfortable, and fun! Warning...You are going to want to grab a drink with this guy after! Last and certainly not least the Finance Manager - Asad Basha. Like the rest of his team he made you feel completely at rest and made it fun! Just don't tell him you have 10 minutes to get the entire deal done! He went so far out of his way to ensure we understood EACH AND EVERY BULLET POINT on the whirlwind of paperwork....a master at his craft but still made it fun! Like everyone else he was there to help in anyway he could. He also helped tame the wild beasts that are my kids! So in closing....they gave me the best price, truly cared enough to make us comfortable, and made it as much fun of an experience as you can have buying a car, 2 thumbs up from a "country guy" venturing into the "big city" to buy a car.

After recommendations from family members and reading Consumer Reports magazine, it was decided to purchase a 2025 Honda CRV car. It has a comfortable interior and very easy to drive.

Jamie is very easy to work with, he is straight up , no nonsense and will be up front about pricing , trade in value, what to expect moving forward etc… this is my second car from him and just like the first car, the process was smooth sailing

Car & Driver will not steer you wrong.. See what I did there? My friend who is a car guy recommended this car in 2021 and it was recommended again in 2025. Originally we were looking for a car for my mom and we liked it so much we bought one for ourselves.

Alexis was helpful in every step of the way when it came to purchasing my first car and then trading in for a new one. He was very transparent about everything, gave all the key details about the cars I was interested in as well as some other cars that were recommended for me. He made sure from seeing the car, trading, financial information, and everything was thorough and clear. Helped us out in every way possible. The salesman Jeff Randall was friendly and polite. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and (unlike past experiences I’ve had elsewhere) wasn’t trying to pressure me into anything. The same can be said for the young lady who did all the paperwork. I believe her name was Olivia (sorry if I’m mistaken.) Also friendly, warm and efficient. All in all, a very pleasant car buying experience!

Professional sales- good environment. I ended up buying from m another dealer on a certified car. - the same - pice and condition won the deal. Bay Ridge was unable to lower the price. .
