I met Kendyl over 10 years ago for my first Honda purchase and I’ve been a faithful customer since. Kendyl makes the purchase of a new vehicle very informative and fun. He understands the needs of his customer and is committed to professionalism and honesty. Kendyl’s integrity is beyond reproach. He is intentional in listening to the customer and meeting their vehicular needs and wants, even if the vehicle is not readily available on the lot. I’ve purchased 2 vehicles that were not available on the lot, but Kendyl made sure that i got the vehicle in the color and trim that I wanted and was up front and honest with everything. I could not see myself purchasing a vehicle from anyone else.

I had an excellent experience at this dealership. Eric Ward was my salesperson and he did a wonderful job of listening to my needs and making sure that they were met. I liked his service so much that I purchased two cars - 2020 Honda CRV Touring Hybrid and 2020 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid. The only things that detracted from the experience were: A. There is a software disconnect between the Honda Corporate website and the Honda Dealership such that the request for quote line items had to be printed by the salesperson because he had to go to the parts and service departments to individually cost each option rather than that process being automatic. I feel his time would have been better spent expounding upon the cars' virtues. B. The finance experience was marred by having to provide a cashier's check rather than being able to approve a personal check over $30K which the system would not allow. I learned later that an ACH transaction would have been possible. Also, since I was purchasing two cars, I had to provide two different E-Mail addresses in order for my KAHU app to work properly. The Service Department experience was wonderful and I was treated like royalty. The oil change and tire rotation took less time than I anticipated.

We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

In March 2022, Sook Nah helped me with the process of purchasing my dream car. She was very nice and helpful. She knew all the answers to my questions. She always kept me informed of anything. It was a very pleasant experience. I definitely recommend Sook Nah when it comes to purchasing a car.

We've been happy with our previous Honda's and found our new one to be just as well made and nice features. We expect our new CRV to be just as great as our last ones.

After recommendations from family members and reading Consumer Reports magazine, it was decided to purchase a 2025 Honda CRV car. It has a comfortable interior and very easy to drive.
