We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

More than that, he is very cost conscious, only recommending services that are required. Finally, he is friendly and courteous, always remembering his customers and their interests and concerns. I had the best buying experience for my new 2025 Honda Odyssey. I have purchased many cars over the years, but the staff at Sport Honda made this the best experience I have ever had. It was very professional and very efficient. They were very responsive to all my questions. What helped is that I had researched what I wanted and had the pricing in mind when I contacted them. So we were able to communicate right away. They provided me with useful advice while having to make some decisions on the purchase, including about the financing for my car. My prior car was a lease that had to be bought out, but they explained the process and patiently waited for me to decide how to approach it. When I went to test drive the car, the sales representative was ready for me and had the car I was interested in brought forward for the drive. He answered all my questions, and followed up on the paperwork needed, including the license plates. I did not know they could actually issue new plates on the spot, which was a pleasant surprise, no need to wait with a temporary tag while the permanent ones were processed. They installed the plates on the new car before I left the lot. The financing was a bit complicated because I was buying out the lease on the old car, but they took care of all of it. I just needed to review and sign the paperwork. The options were explained to me in an easy way to understand. Overall, I was in and out of the dealership with a smile on my face because it was such a pleasure doing business with them. There were many people at Sport Honda involved with my purchase, but I had the most interactions with Robert Fogarty, Natan Gelaye, and Josue Canas. I enjoyed my experience working with each one of them.

I went to this dealership in hopes to make a quick purchase of a Honda Accord due to having to go to work in just a few hours. Upon parking and exiting my personal vehicle I was professionally and respectfully met by salesman Jose and Kam who is being trained. Jose explained to me in detail and answered all my questions of the Accord I ended up purchasing after a brief test drive. Jose went the distance in helping me get done in a timely manner to get to work on time. For me purchasing a vehicle is very stressful but Jose and Kam made me feel right at home. I would definitely purchase here again and highly recommend Jose and Kam for a right at home no stress purchase.

I had never bought a car before and only heard horrible things about how awful the process of car buying can be. However, this was NOT my experience with Ourisman Honda of Laurel!! I was greeted with nothing but professionalism, compassion, and kindness. They truly care about their customers! George was INCREDIBLE every step of the way. He even sent me a video of the vehicle I was interested in before I came in. He made every part of the process easy to understand and made sure I would be able to drive off with the car I wanted. I can’t say enough about George. He was so kind and caring and willing to do whatever it took for me to be able to officially say “I’m a car owner!” He took his time with me and never made me feel rushed. Thank you George!! His manager, Roman was so compassionate and took the time to speak with me about what all of the fees meant and what we could do to get a monthly payment that I was comfortable with. He sat down with me, human to human, and connected with me on a personal level while trying to get me into the car of my dreams. Thank you Roman!! The finance office was the part I was most scared of. I was sooo pleasantly surprised and relieved when I met Ash. He was so incredibly patient with me while I asked a million questions and he took his time clearly explaining everything in a way that I could understand. He also gave me some great financial advice for bettering my future that I am truly grateful for. He helped me find the right terms for my loan so that I could be comfortable and confident as I drove off the lot. Thank you Ash!! Every single person I interacted with went above and beyond their job description and made me feel like I mattered. It felt like it wasn’t just my business that mattered but that me as a person with a life outside of that dealership, I mattered to them. My happiness and well-being mattered to them. My future and comfort mattered to them. There was not a single time I felt pressured or discouraged. The car was also immaculately clean, which I very much appreciated. I cannot speak more highly of them! When it’s time for a new car I know who I will call. I am a customer for life now!!
