My nephew and I walked in the dealership and was welcome by Eric McGee. He introduced himself and asked me what kind of car was I looking for. I explained to him what I wanted. Eric started doing his magic and he showed me several cars that was in the lot. He was very pleasant, friendly with a great smile. I never in my entire life been that much comfortable sitting at a dealership. I hadn't realize that we have been there for sometime at the dealership. My experience with service with Ryan was wonderful.. Ryan was patient and I was informed every day about the proress of my service and claim. All repairs was explained in full and I felt very cared for. As a 76 year old female, I have felt very vunerable but I felt safe with Ryan.
