We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

Each person's knowledge, professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to go above and beyond were exemplary. It is obvious that the pre-eminent concern of this dealership is to place the customer's satisfaction as first priority. After recommendations from family members and reading Consumer Reports magazine, it was decided to purchase a 2025 Honda CRV car. It has a comfortable interior and very easy to drive.

I purchased a used car from this Honda dealership - that was not a Honda. The sales person ?Sep? and manager ?Shawn Anderson? were amazing in their professionalism and customer service from start to finish. The most impressive thing about this dealership and Shawn Anderson, is their ethics! I have never called any dealership ethical in my 40 years of buying cars. The jeep I wanted had an airbag light that came on during test drive. Shawn said they would send it out to a Jeep dealership for repair. He told me they would not sell any car, regardless of make, if it was not 100% at the time of sale. He said it is a David McDavid policy across the board. I asked Shawn if I could sign a waiver and buy the it ?as is?, in the event the issue could not be repaired? - he said no. I am truly impressed with the ethics and professionalism of the staff and management at David McDavid Honda Frisco.

Car & Driver will not steer you wrong.. See what I did there? My friend who is a car guy recommended this car in 2021 and it was recommended again in 2025. Originally we were looking for a car for my mom and we liked it so much we bought one for ourselves.
