I bought a new Honda from a dealer closer to my home- had a horrible experience back in 2015. I decided to drive for service to Honda Superstore in Lisle, and wished I had bought my Honda initially from them. Service is top notch. They care about the cars and the people that drive them. Flash to today. I’m in the market for a new car- a Honda. I drove the extra 5 miles- to Honda Superstore in Lisle- and was greeted by a kind- knowledgeable Salesmen named Brad Brost, and also met the Sales Mgr. Brent Reeves. They listened to my concerns- and treated me- a single woman walking in the door- with the compassion and respect as a consumer- I deserve. I’m walking away today with the perfect car for me. Keeping my selection in the Honda family- and staying loyal to this dealership- makes me have pride in not only my new car investment- but the lic. We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

We've been happy with our previous Honda's and found our new one to be just as well made and nice features. We expect our new CRV to be just as great as our last ones.

This was my second visit for routine maintenance and both times my appointments were on time and everything was explained to me. Their waiting area is so nice and has whatever you?d need . While waiting I have either received text messages on status of my vehicle, video of the under carriage inspection and my service writer would stop in and check with me. The service dept is a class A department in all aspects.

After recommendations from family members and reading Consumer Reports magazine, it was decided to purchase a 2025 Honda CRV car. It has a comfortable interior and very easy to drive.

I appreciated the help I received. My financial situation was worked around by various workers. The patience they all had with me was what shocked me as well, thank you all for the assistance for my first car purchase.

Nick knew the answer to every question about cars my cousin and I asked him for two days. He got me the product I needed and make the process fun. The facility was also outstanding. The purchasing with the manager took too long- The end with the finance guy seemed like a scam. I know I ended up overpaying just to get out of there after 4 hours of sitting.

Bought a 2025 CR-V hybrid from Junior at Gerald Honda in Countryside. What a great experience! Junior was extremely patient with showing various cars/trim levels, going on test drives and describing the features of the cars as well as describing the terrific lifetime warranty offered by Gerald. We received a an offer that included trade-in of two older vehicles that brought the total price down to a very competitive offer. I'm a long-time Acura driver and the current CR=V has all the features I enjoyed in my older TL, and lots more, all easy to operate! Couldn't be happier with my new Honda and the experience of purchasing it at Gerald Honda!

My sales person Alex Valdez was great! I thought he would give up on me because I was very picky and expected alot.
