I had a very specific car in mind, and Anna Marie was patient as she walked me through the process and showed me all of the car's features. During the entire process, she was personable and honest. As opposed to some other places, there was no back-and-forth haggling, and I was very happy with the overall price and financing. I left the dealership feeling good about my overall experience and decision to purchase. Less than two weeks after my purchase, Anna Marie contacted me when my plates arrived, and she and Mike helped me to resolve a post-purchase issue where other dealerships would not have been so helpful. We went to White Plains Honda used car dealer to buy a used car. The car salesperson Alberto was excellent, told us the deal straight forward from the beginning. When it came to dealing with the finance person, we were rushed through the process and asked to sign several documents but we weren't explained the details exactly in what was included. We returned a couple of days later and asked the finance person what are these extra charges as we were under the assumption that what was explained to us was included. To make a long story short in the end the manager spoke with us and we closed the deal and left very happy. We highly recommend this used Honda car dealership on Central Avenue as we walked away with what we originally arrived for!!

We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

Elivs Opoku, management and finance team were great to work with. They were extremely helpful, patient and accommodating. My previous car was totalled, hence this trip was unexpected. However, they made it very easy and negotiated my needs. Thumbs up for me and will work with them again in the future.

My wife and I visited a few Honda Dealerships prior to Metro Honda in Jersey City and we were not happy with the experiences. Whether it was salespeople who didn’t seem invested or didn’t maintain enthusiasm when they thought we were not going to purchase a car we were turned off. We moved to Jersey and Metro Honda was close so we decided to give them a try and the experience was wonderful. Wife and I went looking for a used Honda pilot and ultimately purchased a new 2023 pilot which I love. Our salesperson Shawn was patient, knowledgeable and did not rush us into any purchase. We literally were with Shawn for over 6 hrs as my wife and I went back and forth about the vehicle we wanted. The loan officer was patient as well and talked us through the various car options without pushing us into services we didn’t need. It was a great car buying experience. Our experience began with outstanding communication via email AND text with Ariana Toshek. She answered all my questions and was very welcoming. She gave us the courage to drive 1.5hrs from South NJ to Brooklyn. Next on deck - Sales Consultant Owais Khan. Car buying in general is stressful and he went out of his way to make it fun! Knowing this was our 1st time in Brooklyn he actually turned our test drive into a sight seeing tour. He even kept my 6 & 10 yr old entertained when we started to loose control of them!
