We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

My wife and I visited a few Honda Dealerships prior to Metro Honda in Jersey City and we were not happy with the experiences. Whether it was salespeople who didn’t seem invested or didn’t maintain enthusiasm when they thought we were not going to purchase a car we were turned off. We moved to Jersey and Metro Honda was close so we decided to give them a try and the experience was wonderful. Wife and I went looking for a used Honda pilot and ultimately purchased a new 2023 pilot which I love. Our salesperson Shawn was patient, knowledgeable and did not rush us into any purchase. We literally were with Shawn for over 6 hrs as my wife and I went back and forth about the vehicle we wanted. The loan officer was patient as well and talked us through the various car options without pushing us into services we didn’t need. It was a great car buying experience. I strongly recommend Metro Honda and the strong team that works there.

After recommendations from family members and reading Consumer Reports magazine, it was decided to purchase a 2025 Honda CRV car. It has a comfortable interior and very easy to drive.

This was my second purchase from Metro Honda this time Ashraf assisted me and made me feel welcomed. Overall, I had positive experience with Ashraf great customer service and car knowledge he made the entire buying process really smooth .

Car & Driver will not steer you wrong.. See what I did there? My friend who is a car guy recommended this car in 2021 and it was recommended again in 2025. Originally we were looking for a car for my mom and we liked it so much we bought one for ourselves.

Alexis was helpful in every step of the way when it came to purchasing my first car and then trading in for a new one. He was very transparent about everything, gave all the key details about the cars I was interested in as well as some other cars that were recommended for me. He made sure from seeing the car, trading, financial information, and everything was thorough and clear. Helped us out in every way possible. I recently had the pleasure of working with Noel Ledesma and Richard Cirami at North Shore Honda, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of outstanding. My partner and I financed a vehicle from this dealership and from the moment we walked in, we were greeted in a friendly and professional manner by Noel. Unlike other car salesmen, he did not come off as greedy or pushy, but rather, patient, engaging, friendly, and even funny. I felt as though I was speaking with a friend rather than an employee. Noel took the time to show us all the available options for the specific model we were interested in and allowed us to take our time with no rush to sign any paperwork. Once we decided on a certain vehicle, he worked with us to get us to where we wanted. He provided constant updates and was very efficient with his time, always letting us know what he was doing and how long he would be away from his desk. Despite having a tight schedule due to needing to pick up our daughter from school, Noel ensured that we were out of the dealership with a vehicle in a timely fashion. I was impressed that we were able to finance the vehicle and walk out with it on the same day, as I have spent several days in other dealerships trying to do the same.
