We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

I just wanted say I have had the best service experience from honda of fife. I first went to thus dealership to buy a 22 Honda civic sport touring. I had bad experience with sales. I bought 22 civic from south tacoma honda. Loved the sales department. I needed to have my new car serviced so I took it to Honda of south tacoma. I first was received very nicely. Checked the car in. With in 15 mins I was called to the front desk. I was told that since I had messed with mu own car they would not fix it under the warrenty. Ok no problem I took my car and drove to Honda of fife. Very wonderful staff at service department was very warm. I had installed an aftermarket bass speaker and replaced a fuse with a non low profile fuse. Honda of fife was super honest and explained that I had accidentally damaged a wire. Ok no problem. They quoted me a price and I agreed to the price. Car was fixed. Ok next time I went to Honda of fife oil change. Once again great service and they even honored a coupon I had from south tacoma honda. I really want say enough great things about this service department. Had 2 recalls on my 22 Honda civic. Both of these recalls handled very professional and quick.

After recommendations from family members and reading Consumer Reports magazine, it was decided to purchase a 2025 Honda CRV car. It has a comfortable interior and very easy to drive.

9/10 experience beside wait a little long for my turn to sign the paper. Tran is the best there, she is very enthusiastic. She help me went thought multiple car and different package options. Thank to here i got myself a 2026 civic hybrid touring. Thank Tran.

I was looking at three different cars across a dozen or so dealers. Only two were willing to run the process in a way that worked for me and only was anywhere near as transparent as I needed. Guess where I spent my money? CJ in sales and Brandon in finance were enjoyable people to be around, real humans. In my time at the dealership, I observed a lot of interactions and it struck me as a low-pressure, high-service place. I'll be back in three years when my lease is up to do it again.

It was Thanksgiving week and we had been thinking about getting a new car. We called and made an appointment with Atila to see the car. As soon as we arrived, atila greeted us. After understanding that we wanted to trade in our car, he did his best to help us. A lot of things we didn't understand, he was very patient with us and tried to get the most out of it for us. The whole process of buying a car was easy and smooth. Before the car delivered, he went over the detail to make sure I understood everything. He made my day.

I have purchased 3 new cars in my lifetime and never really understood what I was buying and in the end felt trapped after the buying process was over. Today was a completely different experience for me. I recieved ,from Salesmen Rja, respect and professionalism that all consumers should receive when making such a large purchase but rarely get. Raj was exceptional in several ways. Raj not only sold me a SUV but chose to take the time to educate me on what I was buying. Rja spent time teaching me all of the amazing things my new SUV could do and made sure I understood his education by having me demonstrate my understanding of what he tought me. I felt completely comfortable, I felt like I was talking with an old friend, I never felt pressured or pushed. I never felt overwhelmed or confused. This is truly the first time that I ever bought a vehicle and drove way completely happy with my major purchase. When I went to go outside to get my new SUV , to my surprise, Rja had placed balloons and a congratulations note on my new SUV. It felt like I just had my first surprise party. Rja , you are Awesome !!! I fully plan on sharing my exceptional experience with Rja to everyone that I can. We have bought cars from South Tacoma Honda for years. Their staff is always attentive and ready to help. We just purchased a used car today and the process was smooth. Extremely helpful. It was a great experience.

I had an excellent experience buying a used car from Kevin Solinger at Honda Auto Center of Bellevue. They gave me the carfax and a rundown of the maintenance they had performed on the car upfront. I took the car to be inspected at a nearby mechanic and they didn't find anything unexpected. I would buy from here again. The only thing I didn't like is that they do vin etching to every car on the lot, so they force you to buy the upsell. They also push the maintenance plan pretty hard just as you are finalizing the purchase. But overall I had a good experience with them and they seemed completely straightforward about what they were giving me, even highlighting the upsell charges to make everything crystal clear. They made it easy to get a car loan through BECU, and the whole process was simple and reasonably quick. Kevin was friendly and never pushy. I would definitely recommend buying a car here.

My salesman, John Crandall, was the best. He was a good listener, stayed within my bottom line, went above and beyond to find me the right car at the right price. He answered any and all questions I had, never rushed me in my decision. I will be spreading John's name to family and friends as the guy to go to. Honda of Bellevue is lucky to have such a great employee. I rate John a 10/10.
