We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

He had great customer service and I felt that he always had my best interest in mind. I really appreciated that because the process of buying a new car is very stressful, and it really helps to have the salesperson by your side, looking out for you. He went the extra mile to make sure my whole car-buying experience was the best it could be. He made sure that I got all the things that were available to me. He even scheduled my first service appointment five months from now. I got complimentary maintenance for the first two years, roadside assistance, etc. After I told him that I was on a limited budget, he tried to get me the best deal he could, and he didn’t try to add-on extra things that would’ve benefitted him at my expense. He gave me good advice on what car decisions would be best for my finances. It was an outstanding experience and I recommend Ocean Honda and Fidel to anyone who’s thinking about buying a new car.

We've been happy with our previous Honda's and found our new one to be just as well made and nice features. We expect our new CRV to be just as great as our last ones.

I just leased a new Honda Civic for my niece and it was a great experience. I have been a loyal Culver City Honda client buying and servicing my cars there and had a great experience all along until yesterday 10/13 when I had the rudest Sales Manager Paul F. I scheduled an appointment as I was purchasing out my lease and asked ahead of time how long would appointment take they said 1hr of course knowing it was the dealer I planned for 1hr 45min but nope it took longer and I asked the Sales Manager if I should come back because I had to leave and he was rude with how he responded. He at one point was sarcastic saying you should know it’s the dealership it takes time and I responded indeed but I asked when making the appointment so perhaps also being more clear with the client would be helpful. Also felt that he was being somewhat racist as a Latina working with various people daily I can sense that look or uncomfortableness. Along with him being pushy in trying to sell all the extra stuff and highlighting how I didn’t know what I was missing out. I’m not a first time car owner I know what I’m interested in and when to the dealer having done my research. The only reason I stayed was because I was already started in the process.

I left the service department feeling cared for and not violated. I know dealer repairs are more expensive than "Joe's" auto repair, but given the level of speed, customer service, convenience, and the superior team it is often worth a few extra bucks. As long as Hybrid is employed at Glendale Honda, you have this customer as well!
