His integrity, relatability, and advocacy resulted in my wife getting the exact car she wanted at a very fair price. After test driving this specific Honda CRV model at 4 other dealerships, I was getting annoyed at hearing the same sales tactics and cliches over and over again. By contrast, it was refreshing to meet Victor when my wife and I walked into his office. He was a good listener and paid close attention to my wife's priorities before her test drive. He was also patient in explaining, in layman's terms, some of the advanced safety features this car was equipped with. She was impressed with this CPO car. Victor was able to secure a fair price on a fine vehicle that should last for years. Regal Lakeland will be my first stop when replacing my vehicle next year. Our sales person, George Darwich, was the main reason we returned to buy from this dealership. We began car shopping one day to look at several different make/models and were frustrated after a few ?not so pleasant? experiences from the first 2 dealerships?..we felt since we just wanted to look & test drive, but not yet commit until we finished comparing models, that they had little interest in us. Our last stop for that day would be at Coggin where we met George. He was so pleasant and eager to help without being ?over the top?. He was patient, knowledgable, understanding and extremely friendly. He was not pushy and totally respected our decision to look at other vehicles to compare with the understanding that we would return if the Honda became our choice.
