We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

After recommendations from family members and reading Consumer Reports magazine, it was decided to purchase a 2025 Honda CRV car. It has a comfortable interior and very easy to drive.

Purchasing a new care here was a positive experience. We knew we wanted a CR-V and Apollo helped us understand the various trim levels. There was no sales pressure, and we paid what we think was a good and fair price. Mr. Sadalla handled the administrative details in an efficient and cordial way. Drove home in our new car within hours of our arrival.

We had an excellent experience at Rosenthal Landmark Honda. The salesman, Thomas Beyene, went the extra mile in helping us find a good. solid car to buy, secure financing at a reasonable interest rate, add the car to our insurance etc. He was thorough and pleasant, took the time to explain all the paperwork and answered questions willingly. Mr. Sadalla, the finance manager was pleasant and reasonable, made financing and add-on options clear but was not overly pushy about it. We were extremely satisfied with our experience and would buy a car from them again, if we ever need to. (Note we did not have a trade in for this purchase)

I enjoyed my test drive experience and the staff was attentive. However, the rep who worked with me and my boyfriend insisted on accompanying us on the test drive. No other rep had joined us at other lots, either private or dealership, so it seemed like more pressure and less privacy. We also had to tell the dealer that we’d meet him inside after talking privately. Again, pressure. That, plus no acknowledgement of the need for cosmetic repairs—duct tape under the seat, a hole worn through the driver’s car mat—made it fairly easy to walk away from a decent car.

Ourisman Honda in Bethesda and Rich Kandel?s team is the best car dealership and I highly recommend them! This is my 4th new Honda from them and the sales and service team are the friendliest and most efficient team I have ever experienced. Plus, you cannot get a better location, downtown Bethesda, especially when waiting for service! My Pilots have been fun, sporty, with excellent safety measures and the lowest maintenance costs! I had the best buying experience for my new 2025 Honda Odyssey. I have purchased many cars over the years, but the staff at Sport Honda made this the best experience I have ever had. It was very professional and very efficient. They were very responsive to all my questions. What helped is that I had researched what I wanted and had the pricing in mind when I contacted them. So we were able to communicate right away. They provided me with useful advice while having to make some decisions on the purchase, including about the financing for my car. My prior car was a lease that had to be bought out, but they explained the process and patiently waited for me to decide how to approach it. When I went to test drive the car, the sales representative was ready for me and had the car I was interested in brought forward for the drive. He answered all my questions, and followed up on the paperwork needed, including the license plates. I did not know they could actually issue new plates on the spot, which was a pleasant surprise, no need to wait with a temporary tag while the permanent ones were processed. They installed the plates on the new car before I left the lot. The financing was a bit complicated because I was buying out the lease on the old car, but they took care of all of it. I just needed to review and sign the paperwork. The options were explained to me in an easy way to understand. Overall, I was in and out of the dealership with a smile on my face because it was such a pleasure doing business with them. There were many people at Sport Honda involved with my purchase, but I had the most interactions with Robert Fogarty, Natan Gelaye, and Josue Canas. I enjoyed my experience working with each one of them.
