We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

My wife and I visited a few Honda Dealerships prior to Metro Honda in Jersey City and we were not happy with the experiences. Whether it was salespeople who didn’t seem invested or didn’t maintain enthusiasm when they thought we were not going to purchase a car we were turned off. Wife and I went looking for a used Honda pilot and ultimately purchased a new 2023 pilot which I love. Our salesperson Shawn was patient, knowledgeable and did not rush us into any purchase. We literally were with Shawn for over 6 hrs as my wife and I went back and forth about the vehicle we wanted. The loan officer was patient as well and talked us through the various car options without pushing us into services we didn’t need. It was a great car buying experience. On April 20 while returning from a long distance trip, I had to visit the service department as the low tire pressure symbol popped up. Eddie the mechanic was very helpful and patient to show me how to reset it after checking out the tire pressures. This occurred to me last year and i took it to another dealer. They were very rude and would not tell me what they did to remove the low tire pressure symbol, making me think that there was a defective there was defective computer system. I would recommend Eddie for this honesty, patience, helpfulness and transparency.
