We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

He is very knowledgeable re the technology and operating aspects of the vehicle and was able to explain many new-to-me safety features both during and after an extended test drive on which he accompanied me. I had a great experience at this dealership. Steven was the one showing me the cars, a certified pre-owned HR-V and CR-V. He was immediately friendly, hospitable, and made me feel comfortable. I had plenty of time to check out the cars inside and out, without feeling rushed. Steven was able to listen to what I enjoyed and what my concerns were, and showed me a brand new HR-V, which I of course fell in love with. I was very impressed with the knowledge and hospitality of everyone here, and of course Steven offered me a great deal! I did not feel pressured into anything and ended up feeling great about my decision. I had no idea I could afford a brand new car within my budget. They kept my monthly payment goal, matched the interest rate that I had been pre-approved for at another credit union, and Jaq (who I believe was the manager) offers me an incredible deal on an extended warranty. Believe me, I not quick to trust as I am well aware of sleazy sales tactics, and my boyfriend who is a real-estate agent joined me to help negotiate the price. But I truly believe that Steven had my best interest in mind and I walked out with a great deal, and even better car. I'll happily be back!

I went to Classic Honda to trade in my car that was causing some issues with the tires. I was able to get in right away to trade me car in. I was assisted by Dan Nguyen. I already knew what car I wanted, and he was able to accommodate me with getting my car quick and swiftly. Usually, the process would take me half the day (4 hours or more). I came in at 10am and I was done by 11:30am which made it all the better. Also, Abdony Vitalus in the finance department is always pleasant and professional making sure all my paperwork is in order and completed quickly. Thank you guys, so much and it's always a pleasure working with you and your team.

Sales team was great, customer service was awesome. Finance manager was a really awesome guy, didn't feel like he was pushing me too hard and had some good advice for me as well as doing what he could to help me make the payment feasible for me. He was able to get me a rebate that helped drop the payment a bit and helped me skim a few bucks off where he could. Would definitely come back in the future and would recommend this location to anyone looking for a vehicle.
