We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

Recently bought a 2024 Honda CRV at Route23 Honda. Can not say enough good things about the experience. I chose salesman Yaik Tung based on all the reviews that mentioned his patience, knowledge, etc. So glad I did – he was amazing. I had not bought a new car for 13 years and the new ones had so many features that I did not understand at all that I was very uncomfortable trying to make the right decisions. Yaik patiently answered all my questions and explained how various options would work. He guided me through the whole process and worked hard to get me the model and color I wanted. When I picked it up he made sure everything was set up the way I wanted it to be. The experience I dreaded turned out to be pleasurable thanks to Yaik and all the other staff at Route23 Honda that I dealt with. Love the car!

After recommendations from family members and reading Consumer Reports magazine, it was decided to purchase a 2025 Honda CRV car. It has a comfortable interior and very easy to drive.

A day late… NEVER a dollar short with these guys! I thought my first experience leasing my civic hatch touring was great, but my second experience beat it! Angel Nunez helped me find a car that I loved. He showed me several Honda Fits. I wasn’t sure if I’d wanted to lease or buy. Angel was patient and went over all options with me. I settled on a certified pre-owned car with 18,000 miles on it. The application process for a loan was handled quickly. When I went to sign the paper work with Ivan Then, I encountered a few obstacles but, as a consumer, it is your job to ask questions and read all the paperwork placed in front of you before signing. If you do so, you will not be taken advantage of. So, when I sat down with Ivan, I asked if the car was certified and he said it wasn’t. The lack of certification was an oversight on the part of the dealership because the car was clearly labeled “Certified.” Ivan was honest with me but if I hadn’t asked, I would have walked out of there thinking that I’d bought a certified pre-owned vehicle and I would not have. Anyway, the dealer agreed to have the car certified and told me to return the next day which I did. When I came back the car was certified and ready for me. Finance doesn’t ask you what length of a loan you want. They just automatically draw up paperwork for a 72 month loan. READ THE PAPERWORK. If you want a different term, you need to make that known and they will adjust the terms. Also, the dealership was only giving me one key but asked me to sign something saying that I’d received two keys. When I pointed this out, they agreed to have a second key made for me at no extra charge. Of course, If I hadn’t noticed that, I would not have gotten the second key. So, Angel was pleasant and fair. Ivan was helpful. The process was smooth and I got a great car but because of those hiccups mentioned above, I have to give 4 stars. Be careful and be an aware buyer. Don’t be afraid to ask questions and read everything. Overall, I had a great experience at Bronx Honda and would recommend the dealership. They have a bigger selection of vehicles than the other two dealerships I’d visited. I also want to mention Kofi who details the cars. He was very helpful and suggested some things I might need for the car and where I could get them.

Have not made any decision isions yet on what year Honda CRV I am interested in 23,24 or 25. Thank you for staying in touch while I consider all options during this crazy time with auto purchase consideration ...

We just bought a pre owned Civic today. We had a great experience with Sah, our salesperson, and Leo, the finance manager. Everything was upfront and honest. No hidden fees, no lies. The price we found online was the price of the car, which, believe it or not, is a rare thing apparently!! I wish we had gone here months ago when we began our search so we could have avoided all the wasted time with other dealerships, like Babylon Honda, who lied to our faces over and over!!
