I had a great first car buying experience here! Juan Gomez replied to my email promptly and set up a time for us to meet to test drive the car, and I fell in love with the car, so I bought it! I was nervous about being scammed because I don’t know much about cars, but I never felt like that at all. Juan was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and helped us to get a great deal on the car. Financing was also a breeze and I once again did not feel like I was getting scammed at all. Dominic Hernandez helped us to get a great warranty and made sure to speak to my car-knowledge level. My dad said this was the easiest car buying experience he had, and while I have nothing to compare it to, I agree! We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

On both occasions, the service was top-notch, and my advisor, Joe, played a significant role in making each visit smooth and stress-free. My first visit was for AC maintenance. My car's air conditioning wasn't blowing as cold as it used to, which is certainly not ideal in Dallas's heat! Joe quickly assessed the situation, explained the diagnostic process clearly, and kept me informed every step of the way. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patiently answering all my questions and making sure I understood the recommended repairs. The team did a fantastic job, and my AC is now running perfectly, keeping me cool even on the hottest days. My second visit was for routine oil changes. Even for a standard service, Joe's professionalism shone through. The oil change was quick, thorough, and hassle-free, just as you'd hope for routine maintenance. In both instances, Joe demonstrated excellent customer service?friendly, communicative, and highly competent. He made me feel valued as a customer and ensured that both my AC issue and oil changes were handled with the utmost care and efficiency.
