The car-buying process is generally terrible, but we give Mag, Chuck and the rest of the team at Sheehy a lot of credit for making it about as painless as could be. Our conversations over pricing were clear and direct. And they were very flexible with our schedule when we went in to finalize the deal. In the often slimy world of car sales, we couldn't have asked for a much smoother experience.

We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

Not really sure I understand but the GMC maintenance that I bought through a different dealership wasn?t as straight forward with other dealerships but she still made it a very easy experience. She explained how the maintenance contract works so moving forward it will be easier. While I did end up paying for service I am still very satisfied with the service that I received and I felt like I was well taken care. I will continue to use this dealership due to the level of of care I received. Great service!

After recommendations from family members and reading Consumer Reports magazine, it was decided to purchase a 2025 Honda CRV car. It has a comfortable interior and very easy to drive.

It was pleasant service ,just that the wait time was too long for engine oil change , and rotation tire, ( 3 hrs ) eventhough , the advisor said will take 2 hours or less but , the advisor was very friendly, I hope they will improve this issue in the future.

Car & Driver will not steer you wrong.. See what I did there? My friend who is a car guy recommended this car in 2021 and it was recommended again in 2025. Originally we were looking for a car for my mom and we liked it so much we bought one for ourselves.

Ourisman Honda in Bethesda and Rich Kandel?s team is the best car dealership and I highly recommend them! This is my 4th new Honda from them and the sales and service team are the friendliest and most efficient team I have ever experienced. I enjoyed my test drive experience and the staff was attentive. However, the rep who worked with me and my boyfriend insisted on accompanying us on the test drive. No other rep had joined us at other lots, either private or dealership, so it seemed like more pressure and less privacy. We also had to tell the dealer that we’d meet him inside after talking privately. Again, pressure. That, plus no acknowledgement of the need for cosmetic repairs—duct tape under the seat, a hole worn through the driver’s car mat—made it fairly easy to walk away from a decent car.
