We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

I bought a certified Honda CRV from this dealer in June 2025. After a month, occasionally lights on Dash showed up during engine startup and remained there. I sent it in. It turned out to be "Brake fluid level sensor" issue. Kathy ordered a new one and had it replaced. It was fixed. I test-drive it for a few days. It is good. Then give it to my daughter. She is very satisfied while driving it to Wisconsin.

I have purchased two Hondas from Ourisman Bethesda over the past twenty years and have been very satisfied with my purchases. A key reason I keep coming back to Ourisman is John Thurston, Assistant Service Manager. John knows Honda cars, inside out. He fully understands when maintenance or repairs need to be done. More than that, he is very cost conscious, only recommending services that are required. Finally, he is friendly and courteous, always remembering his customers and their interests and concerns. I cannot recommend John and his service team more highly.
