My service representative Jorge was awesome. Not only was her very professional but kind and patient in listening to me trying to explain the sounds and where it was coming from. He explained in detail to me the things that needed to be taken care off and explained what needed immediate attention. He followed up with updates on my repairs and had everything done in the timely manner he had indicated to me. After recommendations from family members and reading Consumer Reports magazine, it was decided to purchase a 2025 Honda CRV car. It has a comfortable interior and very easy to drive.

John Vang was amazing, genial and knowledgeable and was prepared to show us a variety of used cars that met our needs. I had a great experience with Nathan Hadler when I came in to test drive a vehicle. He took his time to answer my questions and understood I was just starting my car research and was not ready to buy. He listened to what I wanted and did not try to convince me otherwise. He genuinely cared about helping me make the right decision for me which was evident in the follow up email he sent me.

It was a bit of phone tag at first but once I got there everything went great. I’ve never bought a vehicle and been out the door within a couple of hours. I was impressed! Plus I got 5 free oil changes on a used vehicle that wasn’t a Honda! The salesman Rory was on top of it, next time I might even buy a Honda!
