We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

I came to look a new car. David was very friendly, honest and helpful. He took his time to explained to me all the procedures from buying my car to finance my car, and he went through the features on new vehicle with me. I don't feel very comfortable when go to the dealership, but David proved to me otherwise. I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

Working with Adam Borhorquez was excellent. He was really attentive and responsive to the requirements needed for this transaction. His approach and demeanor are a welcomed contrast to the typical car salesmen. Adam is the standard that we will judge any future vehicle purchases.
