Don't love the way the gas flap works by pressing on it. I bump it in the garage and it flies open. Haven't figured out how the hood opens yet. No inside button. My Car play doesn't work right. Honda was cheap and you have to buy a mirror with the garage door opener on it. Can't find where to shut off the lane shift thing. I drove it on a trip with a lot of road construction and it was very annoying. Don't like the setup on the speedometer. Too busy looking. Gas mileage isn't what they advertised. Hate the engine turning off at stop signs. I am learning to slowly glide thru them so it doesn't turn off. I did have a person at the dealership go over everything but there was so much, it was hard to take it all in and this is my 3rd CRV.

Called and got an appointment same day. Service required more than one day but no problem they covered me with a loaner. Really appreciate that.

Love Honda crv but gas mileage is not as good as my past Crv's. Noisy while driving and I would like to see a new grill design. Reliability is fantastic, this is my 4th CRV.

Great facilities while waiting for an oil change. Watched stock market commentary and drank great coffee with a snack. Made the wait a pleasure. Car came back with new oil and a car wash

I was looking at a low mileage used KIA Sportage. I called in at night on a Tuesday and spoke to the internet manager Joe who was extremely helpful and answered my questions regarding the vehicle. He even was able to speak with me on his day off to confirm that the car was still there and assisted me in getting a one way rental car to get there. I may have been a pest because I was calling daily to make sure the vehicle didnt sell. Everyone in the internet department from Joe and the sales fella David were amazing and made the drive from Ohio well worth it. My granddaughter loves her new car. I would highly recommend the McGrath Honda Team no matter what state I am in.

I was looking for an option to trade my car and get a used car. I was hesitant and weary of the whole process. Luis cavazos made the whole process seamless. This is our 2nd CR-V Hybrid purchase from Gerald, and the fact that I am a repeat customer says best how I feel about them. This time, my sales rep (Danial De La Torre, Jr,) gave us 5-star attention, making my wife's and my visit an easy, comfortable and quick purchase visit. He understood our needs, and a very good deal was agreed upon in little time. The car was prepped as we requested, and delivery went exceptionally smooth and fast. As for our choice of a CR-V Hybrid, we had specific requirements: Ease of ingress & egress, me being 6'4" and 81 years old; head room in front seats for the same reason; front leg room for the same reason; the color my spouse wanted (Still Night Pearl ... a real beauty); a hybrid for better gas mileage; a no-pressure visit for our all-cash purchase; and a staff focused on superior Customer Service ... which everyone was!
