Don't love the way the gas flap works by pressing on it. I bump it in the garage and it flies open. Haven't figured out how the hood opens yet. No inside button. My Car play doesn't work right. Honda was cheap and you have to buy a mirror with the garage door opener on it. Can't find where to shut off the lane shift thing. I drove it on a trip with a lot of road construction and it was very annoying. Don't like the setup on the speedometer. Too busy looking. Gas mileage isn't what they advertised. Hate the engine turning off at stop signs. I am learning to slowly glide thru them so it doesn't turn off. I did have a person at the dealership go over everything but there was so much, it was hard to take it all in and this is my 3rd CRV.

My experience was mainly working with two employees, Ali and Sanjeev. First, Ali. He laid out all the options re: my requirements and fully explained every question I had, which were many. He was extremely courteous, helpful and really new what he was talking about. He was also very respectful and made me feel at ease. Likewise with Sanjeev, regarding the finance. He explained everything to me in detail and worked closely with me and mu credit union. His patience was top shelf. I would and will go back there without hesitation.

These guys were incredible. I live out of state and they helped work through the whole deal with me. Marco and Alex made the process simple and smooth. Best experience I have ever had with a dealership.

Most people don?t think of a dealership for routine maintenance but Koons Manassas as an excellent place to start. Prices are fair. Service is done on time and pricing is very transparent. Give these pros a try.

Not really sure I understand but the GMC maintenance that I bought through a different dealership wasn?t as straight forward with other dealerships but she still made it a very easy experience. She explained how the maintenance contract works so moving forward it will be easier. While I did end up paying for service I am still very satisfied with the service that I received and I felt like I was well taken care. I will continue to use this dealership due to the level of of care I received. Great service!

My experience today was excellent,I got there on time, seen immediately , I told the Service Advisor Alysia that I had a meeting at 10am, she said she would try get me out by 9:30am I was surprised went she return and said my car was ready.. Great Experience Florent Cox, Sales Rep, totally rearranged his personal schedule to accommodate us. He was professional, polite, and a great representative of Sport Honda. When I went into Sport Honda to look at a 2025 Honda CRV Hybrid I didn't think that I would walk out with a new car. My salesman, Nathan Gelaye did such a great job introducing me to the car and he gave me such a great deal that I bought the car on the spot. There was no pressuren involved in my deciding to buy this car. Nathan even spent several hours going to another dealership to trade a car from Sport Honda for the color that I wanted and then he brought the car to my house. Nathan provided great SERVICE and salesmanship.

Lou was very friendly. Seems to be an all around great, honest guy. My decision to purchase the vehicle was a breeze, as he didn't have to do much selling. I did most of my research prior to the test drive and purchase. The wait for the others involved in the process was a bit unnerving. I'm used to everything - test drive, paperwork - being no more than 1 1/2 hour. I had my own financing so wasn't sure why it took so long to "check out". This dealership was a lot longer, but all in all not too bad.
