Love Honda crv but gas mileage is not as good as my past Crv's. Noisy while driving and I would like to see a new grill design. Reliability is fantastic, this is my 4th CRV.

I recently purchased a 2025 HRV Honda because of Carlos Polit, he was so friendly and did not pressure us into anything. I came with my husband and friend randomly without planning to buy anything on that day, but carlos proved us wrong hahah. We had so much fun during the test drive and he offered us amazing espresso and drinks. He also gave us a good rate for the car, I’m so happy and comfortable with my purchase and super excited to drive my Honda! In every maintenance visit I’ll plan to buy Carlos a free iced coffee for the good times we had together!

It all started with a phone call to your dealership and Barry answered the phone and from there we had an hour drive Barry had what we were looking for and held it for us he then turned us on to another car sales man in sorry I lost his card but he was great as well. Honda North continues to be on point with service and customer satisfaction! A few months ago, I went for a 30, 000 mile service for my Honda Fit. Chad took care of me and my car's service seamlessly! The technicians in the shop were great about making sure my car was up to date and alerted me to what I might need done in the future. Chad and the team assured my car was safe and it has driven well! A few days ago, I went to Honda North for an oil change. Nygell completely took good care with my service. Kudos to the mechanics for getting me in and out and the confidence that my car runs well. Though I live in Dorchester, I always go to Honda North. Have been going for 16 years because the service is constantly excellent

I bought my first car from Cambridge Honda last month after the place was recommended to me by a friend.I had considered buying from private sellers, but my experience at Cambridge Honda makes me glad I didn't! My salesperson, Rebecca Rideout, handled everything from beginning to end. She was honest and upfront, so we didn't waste time on models that were outside my price range, and we got to test-driving quickly. Negotiation of the price was brief and straightforward. She gave me all the attention I needed without ever pressuring me. She helped me get the best deal on car insurance, which is necessary for buying a car in Massachusetts ? it's not an easy process either! ? and of course the dealership handled all the paperwork. Rebecca Rideout drove me to a mechanic so I could get a pre-purchase inspection done, and even bought me a slice of pizza because we were both hungry after spending all day on the sale. A shuttle brought me to and from the bank where I could get a cashier's check. Rebecca Rideout gave me her contact info in case I needed it because I had to come back the next day for a state inspection. The state inspection at Cambridge Honda took less time than expected (and I got a complimentary donut and coffee while I waited). All in all, I got quite a fair deal from Honda. And perhaps just as important (especially for me, since I was buying my first car), I got a whole day of service and help so that I could be on the road with peace of mind the very next day!
