As expected with any vehicle of this mileage, routine repairs have been standard, but nothing out of the ordinary. Mike Gee was awesome to work with. He ended up giving me free bumper guards for my vehicle. Unfortunately I did feel EXTREMELY uncomfortable and pressured from the finance manager. I had already spent 4 hours waiting for the car, and he was trying to convince me to invest in their warranty program. I almost felt like declining the deal due to the pressure and push back I was getting from him about the warranty. Only thing I ended up adding was gap insurance. Overall, very good place to buy a vehicle, just expect to spend a long time to finalize a deal.

I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

My only negative was with finance : I felt stressed saying no to an extended warranty and felt pressured to “be covered” That was not a great feeling . My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

My 2024 Honda CR-V is everything I expected and more. It has great pickup, quick stopping ability, U-turn small radius like I've never seen, and good on gas mileage.

Purchased my vehicle new from dealer 40 miles from home, original preferred dealer closed . Choose Tulley due to location (15mi.) and positive feedback from my son who had service performed on his vehicle. First time at this dealer so it was a little confusing on where to go but I figured it out was pointed to waiting area and ultimately had to ask were to pay bill and retrieve keys. Suggest that for first time visit some direction on where/how to bring vehicle in for service also an escort to waiting area and pointing out. rest rooms, payment area etc.. My only concern was that whoever worked on my vehicle transferred cigarette smoke odor into interior of my truck either from their clothing, hands or location/proximity to smoking area. Drove home with windows opened and left them partially down overnight to resolve/abate issue. I was genuinely pleased with with prompt recall service and will definitely return and perhaps purchase next vehicle from Tulley

Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

I stopped in to see Devon and had an appointment actually set up for Dec 28 but actually got in to see him earlier last Saturday on Dec 21. I wanted to check out the 2020 Alfa Romeo TI they had on the lot because two weeks prior I got into an accident with my Alfa Romeo and hit a deer on the highway. So my car was totaled and dealing with the loss of my car and trying to get back into another Alfa Romeo. Devon was absolutely amazing, kind, compassion and was all about getting me into that Alfa Romeo that had on the lot. We got the deal done and everything was incredibly smooth and wonderful dealing with Devon. He took care of me and was one of the most professional people I've ever dealt with buying a car and incredibly understanding on what I was dealing with. Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

My mother got this car new and gave it to me after only a couple years. I absolutely ADORED this car. So reliable and comfortable. I would still be driving it if a semi truck hadn't fallen on it, crushing us over the guardrail, rolling us a few times. We would not have survived that in most cars. This car has ample room above you that crushes down. I had previously wondered once why the ceiling was so high. Life saver. The seat belt held so fast and hard that I have a massive bruise from it. The seat belts had my friend and I hanging upside down. This is a fantastic car. Sad to see it go! I will probably get another.

I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

The 1st Honda I have ever purchased. The reliability, comfort, and technology are far superior to the other brands I have owned. Quiet with very little road noise, no wind noise, and can hear radio and phone calls easily.
