Although the service team over the years have changed personnel, they never skip a beat. They listen to my concerns and remind me when I’m scheduled for maintenance, which is a big help. I can’t say enough about the quality of service. I always receive at God Honda. A special shout out to Shanti; she’s simply the best Service Advisor. I highly recommend you ask for her next time you go in to get your vehicle serviced. If you need to visit the Express Lane, be sure to ask for Shawn, he’s my go to person and keeps me informed while I’m waiting. Not only are these two individuals professional, they are very personable, patient. Thank you, Gunn Honda for yet another great experience.

Nice vehicle. Started with an odd brake issue- upon reversing out of the garage, the brakes sounded "like a group of whales" - only in reverse, then cleared up [for the day] next morning, reverse same noise. Maintenance call 1) cleaned up rotors and sprayed 'anti-squeal' on pads =FAIL ::: next 2)maintenance, replaced the rotors [only] =so far, nice n quiet upon reverse. Took it to the car wash, brakes still quiet. TIP:: have odd noise issues= record the sound! Mechanics never heard that type of brake noise.

I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

It's longer than most SUVs. I've been able to haul both drywall and plywood still closing the rear door. It's been great to travel with, the back seats fold all the way down.
