Everything was good the process was a little longer but the sell man makes it easier

My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

Angel Nunez helped me find a car that I loved. He showed me several Honda Fits. I wasn’t sure if I’d wanted to lease or buy. Angel was patient and went over all options with me. I settled on a certified pre-owned car with 18,000 miles on it. The application process for a loan was handled quickly. When I went to sign the paper work with Ivan Then, I encountered a few obstacles but, as a consumer, it is your job to ask questions and read all the paperwork placed in front of you before signing. If you do so, you will not be taken advantage of. So, when I sat down with Ivan, I asked if the car was certified and he said it wasn’t. The lack of certification was an oversight on the part of the dealership because the car was clearly labeled “Certified.” Ivan was honest with me but if I hadn’t asked, I would have walked out of there thinking that I’d bought a certified pre-owned vehicle and I would not have. Anyway, the dealer agreed to have the car certified and told me to return the next day which I did. When I came back the car was certified and ready for me. Finance doesn’t ask you what length of a loan you want. They just automatically draw up paperwork for a 72 month loan. READ THE PAPERWORK. If you want a different term, you need to make that known and they will adjust the terms. Also, the dealership was only giving me one key but asked me to sign something saying that I’d received two keys. When I pointed this out, they agreed to have a second key made for me at no extra charge. Of course, If I hadn’t noticed that, I would not have gotten the second key. So, Angel was pleasant and fair. Ivan was helpful. The process was smooth and I got a great car but because of those hiccups mentioned above, I have to give 4 stars. Be careful and be an aware buyer. Don’t be afraid to ask questions and read everything. Overall, I had a great experience at Bronx Honda and would recommend the dealership. They have a bigger selection of vehicles than the other two dealerships I’d visited. I also want to mention Kofi who details the cars. He was very helpful and suggested some things I might need for the car and where I could get them.

Bought a 2021 for my son as this is his first car. My wife and I went to every dealership and decided if we wanted reliability for a teenager with all the new features for a new driver it was the Honda CRV. So far so good. The car is not going to win any races which I am OK with as its perfect for a soon to be 16yr old. My son absolutely loves everything about the car and for the last few months he had been practicing in a 4 door F-150 so this car is super easy for him to drive. I really like that it has the lane assist thing. When he gets to close to the shoulder the steering wheel brings him back in plus the back up camera and other safety features it was a no brainer for us. Gas mileage is excellent on this car and the moon roof is an added touch for our new driver.

Car gets excellent mileage if you drive sensible. No jackrabbit starts. The only thing that I would have done differently whenpurchasing the car would have been to swap out the Hankook tires (which are terrible) for Michelin tires. I had the same problem with my Honda Odyssey. When I purchased Michelins after I needed new tires the ride improved tremendously.

My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

My 2024 Honda CR-V is everything I expected and more. It has great pickup, quick stopping ability, U-turn small radius like I've never seen, and good on gas mileage.

Car shopping was a complete nightmare for me. It seemed like every dealer was taking advantage of charging thousands over the MSRP. No one wanted to talk to me and if I did get anywhere, there was no follow up, no customer service. It's quite obvious this is a seller's market and no one cares about the consumer. It's all about the dollar signs. I felt enormous pressure to provide a deposit in order to secure a car before I even met with anyone in person, most of the dealerships being pretty far away. I made an appointment to meet with a salesman at Curry, being pretty local to me, thinking it would just be another disappointment. I was wrong when I was introduced to Steve Tapia. Steve was kind, patient, thorough and knowledgeable. I test drove a CR-V, already knowing that's what my heart was set on. Steve let me know he had the exact car I was looking for, in the color I wanted, on the way, and provided clear and fair pricing. I went in on a Thursday and by the following Wednesday I drove off the lot in my new car. He made it so ridiculously easy and efficient. This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.

It was quick recall service. Staff was hospitable. Provided good pick up rides from my work place. Dealership maintains a class of its own. A visit is worth.

Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

I purchased My vehicle back in November, I did Everything virtually and had the pleasure of working with Nick & JamieLee.. their customer service combined is enough to make you want to come here. I had An issue with my vehicles sensor and came in for service, just to find out JamieLee had transferred into service and I had The pleasure of being assisted by her again! To many recalls.rear axle shaft boot ,fuel pump,magnet in steering for power steering. Padding in interior to thin, engine noise,inside.injectors replaced.cant get parts.might not buy a Honda ,next time.

It's longer than most SUVs. I've been able to haul both drywall and plywood still closing the rear door. It's been great to travel with, the back seats fold all the way down.

I'm not a high tech kind of guy. In fact, I've never even bothered to learned how to program my vehicle car radio or phone. I've used my CRV as a truck for hauling, camping and all around vehicle transport. It has never let me down and I would buy another one if needed.

The 1st Honda I have ever purchased. The reliability, comfort, and technology are far superior to the other brands I have owned. Quiet with very little road noise, no wind noise, and can hear radio and phone calls easily.

CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.
