I was extremely impressed with Josuha in Sales. Even though my credit score kept me in a limited category, it did not reduced Josuha's manner and/or personality when discussing purchasing a van. His professionalism, patience, tireless effort, and determination to satisfy me as a customer was remarkable!! He was never bothered by all of the questions I asked. Joshua made me feel like I was the most important customer there was, and he always put my interest first. I've told all of my friends to purchase their next vehicle from LaFontaine and to ask for Joshua. He works hard and goes out of his way to accommodate and satisfy a customer. Nice vehicle. Started with an odd brake issue- upon reversing out of the garage, the brakes sounded "like a group of whales" - only in reverse, then cleared up [for the day] next morning, reverse same noise. Maintenance call 1) cleaned up rotors and sprayed 'anti-squeal' on pads =FAIL ::: next 2)maintenance, replaced the rotors [only] =so far, nice n quiet upon reverse. Took it to the car wash, brakes still quiet. TIP:: have odd noise issues= record the sound! Mechanics never heard that type of brake noise.

Erik was so professional, calmly fielding our questions and concerns to find us the exact vehicle that we were looking for, frankly, I was surprised. Having experienced the darker side of dealership sales at some of Pure Honda's competitors, we were prepared to be disappointed yet again. However, Erik, Andy and the team were like a breath of fresh air. We came away *very* satisfied with our purchase. From the initial conversations, to looking for our perfect vehicle, giving us a fantastic deal on our trade-in, and their flexibility in dealing with everything we could throw at them, they were polite and professional. I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!
