I have three Honda vehicles, a 2005 Honda Pilot EXL with 201,000 miles, a 2010 Civic EX with 56,000 miles, and a 2017 Honda Pilot with 78,000 miles. All vehicles run perfectly thanks to Berlin City's service department. I am always treated fairly and professionally. They usually get me in and out while I wait. I get a report of what my vehicles may need for service and when. It has been great to have this kind of service!

My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The dealership offers a shuttle service with a comfortable vehicle and a capable, friendly driver. I was picked up in 5 minutes after calling for a ride back. The car was fixed well within the time period I was given and the fix was perfect. The inside was cleaner than when it went in the garage and the price was less than expected. I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

The service clerk I worked with was courteous, and clearly explained repairs my vehicle needed. I had to wait 2hrs for a routine 40k maintenance visit, which I had a scheduled appointment for. This would have been more tolerable if the waiting area was more comfortable and the caf� was open.

Set up an appointment for routine oil change and tune up. As per usual, my car was dropped off, service finished and paid for before the scheduled appointment time even hit. Friendly, communicative customer service can be expected at this location. Service was completed as requested.

Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

We were not rushed, or made to feel that we were an inconvenience on a late Friday afternoon. We had a lot of questions. We also had a lot of requirements. Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

Not an improvement over our 2011 CRV in any respect. The CVT sounds cheap, not an enough legroom, compass continual needs resetting and the stereo is marginal. Had to have a water pump replacement at 82,000 miles. No fun to drive and AWD isn’t the best.

My mother got this car new and gave it to me after only a couple years. I absolutely ADORED this car. So reliable and comfortable. I would still be driving it if a semi truck hadn't fallen on it, crushing us over the guardrail, rolling us a few times. We would not have survived that in most cars. This car has ample room above you that crushes down. I had previously wondered once why the ceiling was so high. Life saver. The seat belt held so fast and hard that I have a massive bruise from it. The seat belts had my friend and I hanging upside down. This is a fantastic car. Sad to see it go! I will probably get another.

To many recalls.rear axle shaft boot ,fuel pump,magnet in steering for power steering. Padding in interior to thin, engine noise,inside.injectors replaced.cant get parts.might not buy a Honda ,next time.

CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.

I bought a new 2017 CR-V at Lee Auburn and was introduced to Chris Dowling in the service department. We put 150,000 miles on the car. From warranty service, needing tires, regular oil changes, a dead battery Chris was always there to help me. When it came time to buy a 2024 CR-V there were not that many available. So we ended up buying one in NH. It didn’t take long for me to visit Lee and chat with Chris. He assured me the Lee would be there for me even though we purchased the car elsewhere. I was not surprised to find out that Chris has been promoted. The good news is that the service department staff are still there for me. We now have 40,000 miles on the car and I will continue trust Lee to keep my CR-V top notch running condition.

My 2024 Honda CR-V is everything I expected and more. It has great pickup, quick stopping ability, U-turn small radius like I've never seen, and good on gas mileage.
