As of now, I haven’t came back to earth after driving my new Subaru Outback!! What a “dream come true”for me! Our vehicle now has 150,000 miles. Its performing great. Pretty good gas mileage and has had minimal service other than routine. It does have a rattle when first starting car. We had that fixed ($800) but now it's back. Dang. The one exterior design problem we face is the latch for the rear hatch. The location is poor. EVERYONE tries to open the hatch just under the window where there is a cut out and has pulled off trim and messed with the back up camera. I've noticed that has been fixed on newer models. It does not seem to do really well in the snow due to the weight distribution. Even with new tires. But its been super dependable and has been our people and dog moving car for 10 years and has really held up well.

We were just browsing around for a new economical vehicle as I drive alot of miles everyday to work. The wife stopped in first and was treated NOT as a unknowledgeable female, as many car dealers do, but rather as a knowledgeable person who was in search of a new vehicle (Thank you Mr. Robinson). Mr. Robinson asked her what she wanted and worked with her towards HER goal. Never once was he pushy or tried to sway her thoughts or opinions. Now our credit isn't great by any stretch, but he was able to secure a great interest rate, very low down payment and a monthly payment that was what you would expect with a superior credit score. All that was left now was for my hard headed (Alpha male) self to agree... Well we went back to the dealer and there was no B.S. involved. Mr. Robinson answered my questions with attentive respect, and our new 2019 Honda Fit is now in our driveway. Thank you Mr. Robinson and the rest of the players involved. You certainly have rewritten my thoughts about how a Superior Car dealership is operated. Customer first... We will never buy from any place else.

Recently I took my 2023 Honda Ridgeline in for my first servicing. I had my first oil change and had rain guards installed. My Service Tech was Angelique. She took care of all my requests and delivered my vehicle with all my requests completed 100% and "NO SURPRISES". Great job Angelique and the Service Department. Thank you Honda.

Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

This has been the best car experience ever. Ken my dealer and he walked me through the whole process for my 2019 Sandstone Metallic CRV E-XL. I bought it sight unseen. First time ever doing that and the whole experience was beyond my expectations. He even had them deliver my car to my home in MD. The drivers were wonderful, Bob and Mark. I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.
