They paid a very fair price for my old car and were very professional about the whole process. It took about 30-45 min.

I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

Max did a excellent job and was very knowledgeable. Would recommend him and the dealership. The test drive was really knowledgeable and we learned a lot about the car.

My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

We own 2 2020 Honda CRV EX-L and cannot be happier. We both love all the features that came with them. If you want to buy a Honda CRV around this time frame, had another one a 2019, traded it for the 2020 which had lower mileage and a color we really wanted. If buying one, go for the EX-L, well worth the little more money for what you get. Those that write negative reviews about this car...well I just don't get it. Maybe got a bad one and dealer not any good in helping them. We had some very minor issues with ours but Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA took care of everything and no hassle. As far as the electronics and main control screen, it can be a little bit of a nightmare if one is not electronically inclined. But our dealer Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA gave a thorough explanation of the basics. I figured out the rest myself by reading the manual and watching the many videos available by Honda on the many other features. All the cars we got were Preowned Certified and looked brand new.

Car was fairly priced and Jamuar was great to work with! Appreciate their thorough inspection on the car and actually addressing items that need attention prior to making the car available.

My door handles some times don't work well is hard to open I buy this crv 2022 brand new after 4 months I have this problem

This is my third Honda vehicle so needless to point out that I am a fan of the brand. My 2019 CR-V Touring is a good SUV. Before purchasing it I researched comparable vehicles and in the end my final decision was the CR-V and I am happy with my purchase. We have driven it on vacations of over 2000 miles and not one back ache. The only improvement I can think of would be if it had a tilt steering wheel. Gas mileage varies and I generally get about 33mpg combining city and highway. On trips I got as high as 38mpg. All things considered it is a good vehicle if you need an SUV.

Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

I purchased a used SUV from this dealership and the sales team could not be better. But the service department is lacking. We were told that the car had been gone through thoroughly in the service department or it would not be on the lot. But truth to be told, the SUV was 3.5 quarts low in motor oil, and the breather cover was broken with the air filter sticking out. Of course I had all this fixed on my $$$ when it should had been corrected while they were servicing prior to sell. I also told the service manager and all was said, He was going to see who did the service on the SUV at least they could had offered to pay me back..

The 1st Honda I have ever purchased. The reliability, comfort, and technology are far superior to the other brands I have owned. Quiet with very little road noise, no wind noise, and can hear radio and phone calls easily.

I researched and found the low mileage Porsche Macan Turbo in the color and desired options. Only about 6 cars in the Southeast that met the desired specification. Great price- lower than some higher mileage Macan Turbos in the used car market. Fair value on my trade and easy buying experience.

I am SO HAPPY with my new Ford Escape Titanium Hybrid! My car is one of the branded title cars that Capital Ford offers. It had a SLIGHT problem that was corrected by a Ford technician before it reached Capital. It runs PERFECTLY now. I basically got a brand new beautiful car with a GIANT discount! When I was shopping, I contacted this dealership a couple of times regarding another branded Escape Hybrid. After some short conversations and emails, I had booked my one-way flight. My experience with Chris Hess (Capital Ford's internet sales manager) and the entire staff at Capital was nothing more than professional and polite. I booked a hotel and spent about a day and a half because I flew in from MD. So a few of the managers stopped to speak with me. After I decided on the Titanium Hybrid instead of the SE I was looking at Capital had me on the road by about 2pm. They treated me wonderfully, it is very likely Capital Ford will be our go to for the next vehicle purchase we make! Great job everyone, I am really pleased! To many recalls.rear axle shaft boot ,fuel pump,magnet in steering for power steering. Padding in interior to thin, engine noise,inside.injectors replaced.cant get parts.might not buy a Honda ,next time.

Love my 2014 CRV 130K miles and going strong. Very comfortable. The A/C has been a bit buggy. Had to put it into service mode a few times to get it working again. ( that's why 4/5 * on reliability ). Bought this car in 2017 with 36K. Plan is to keep it till 200K.
