A day late… NEVER a dollar short with these guys! I thought my first experience leasing my civic hatch touring was great, but my second experience beat it! Walked in to test drive SUV’s as my lease was near end.. walked out with a ‘24 Passport Trailsport, the vehicle I never knew I needed! I was lucky enough for Ronald and Alejandro to work their major AGAIN and to also meat the very informative and kind Jean! Their personalities, professionalism, relatability and honesty is truthfully one of the most spectacular forms of customer service I have ever dealt with in my vehicle journey! Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.

It's larger than my 2020 CRV and quieter. It handles well, the gas mileage is great, and it is fun to drive. It's super economical yet has some giddy-up when needed on the highways. I like the extra storage and the revamp of the cargo area - it makes using the space more sensible with the flat tire fixer not under the mat. I wish it came with homeland, but that wasn't a show stopper for me. As far as aesthetics, it's a beautiful car! I love the exterior changes and that extra sporty look does turn some heads

2023 Honda CRV Sport Touring Hybrid. I also own a 2020 CRV Touring Hybrid. New one cost me $7500 more than my last one but is completely different looking car inside and out. Bigger and engine is quieter. If you are hesitant about buying a hybrid…do not be with this one. Someone commented it does not have fog lights, actually it does. You do now have to pay extra to get dealer installed homelink garage door opener rear view mirror and a cargo cover.

The salesman, Johnny Brown, was very personable. He didn't pressure us to do anything which was refreshing. The dealership, however, added approximately $4,000 to the price for miscellaneous fees (not including tax) which if very high in my opinion. We were able to come to an agreement, but feel we maybe should have paid a little less. The care needed a small touchup in two places and an A was missing from elantra . Still waiting for the "a" to arrive as well as touch-up paint.
