I'm loving the 2025 Hybrid Sport-L. Honda put just the right amount of luxury features to make this the "sweet spot" of the Hybrid line-up. Only quibbles (and they are small) would be the slight lack of power from 40mph to 70mph and the lack of mud flaps/guards on the Hybrid models (easy and cheap to add on). I've average 32 city and about 38 highway. With its relatively small gas tank, I'm average 400-450 miles per tank at about $30 per fill up.

This is the first time buying a car using the Costo Automobile Program. Ilham was very polite and helpful. It was a straight, show me the price, run my credit and see what my terms are. Tuan with the finance team was very knowledgeable and not pushy. Thank you for making my purchase a breeze.

I am very happy with the 2025 Honda CR-V AWD Hybrid Sport. I bought it in red color and have put 300 miles on the car so far and still have half a tank of gas. I find it very comfortable and I like less buttons to push as compared to my 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe which is loaded with 30 different buttons and gets 12 miles to the gallon.

Let me share that Honda had upped its game with the new CRV hybrid sport model Honda sales were going down and other makers specially Toyota Mazda and Hyundai are making some great cars and competition has really brought the best for the buyers Honda CRV hybrid sport is a great family vehicle Comfortable Sassy Runs great and fuel efficiency with the hybrid engine is also very good Few things Honda can improve are the technology aspect Its high time that the main touchscreen console be updated and made fully functional The system setting is not visible It should be more easy to navigate Technically is key and all the features should be easily accessible and easy to navigate

I had a great experience at Ocean Honda of Whittier. The salesman who worked with me, Fidel Moreno, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He had great customer service and I felt that he always had my best interest in mind. I really appreciated that because the process of buying a new car is very stressful, and it really helps to have the salesperson by your side, looking out for you. He went the extra mile to make sure my whole car-buying experience was the best it could be. He made sure that I got all the things that were available to me. He even scheduled my first service appointment five months from now. I got complimentary maintenance for the first two years, roadside assistance, etc. After I told him that I was on a limited budget, he tried to get me the best deal he could, and he didn’t try to add-on extra things that would’ve benefitted him at my expense. He gave me good advice on what car decisions would be best for my finances. It was an outstanding experience and I recommend Ocean Honda and Fidel to anyone who’s thinking about buying a new car.

I left the service department feeling cared for and not violated. I know dealer repairs are more expensive than "Joe's" auto repair, but given the level of speed, customer service, convenience, and the superior team it is often worth a few extra bucks. As long as Hybrid is employed at Glendale Honda, you have this customer as well!

I took my car for an oil change and Haybert was my contact. He took my information and proceeded to have the oil change procedure done on my car. The oil change was completed in about 30 minutes, much less than the hour and a half I was told it would take.

I purchased a Honda from Weir Canyon in 2018 and had such a good experience that I always kept it in mind for my next car purchase. I came in last night to test drive the new Civic with Joe and was once again impressed by the sales staff here. There's absolutely no pressure from them to make a deal. Joe ran through his pitch, took everything I wanted into consideration and never made me feel intimidated or pressured to pull the trigger. After we made our deal, I worked with Eli on financing. I walked into his office reluctantly because financing is always the hard part of buying a car. Within seconds, Eli made me feel comfortable. He gave me excellent advice about what I might need and never tried to pressure me into purchasing anything I didn't want. I was in and out of the dealership within 2 hours and got a great deal. Most importantly, it was a great buying experience overall because I dealt with Joe and Eli. I don't plan to purchase another car anytime soon, but when the time comes I'll be back again and referring Weir Canyon to everyone in the meantime.

We’d been shopping for a new car for about two weeks and finally decided on a Honda Accord. Most of the dealerships didn’t have the color we wanted. When we arrived Jose was friendly and did everything he could to make the buying process painless—which it was (Thank you to the finance guy, Omar, for being informative, thorough and friendly!). I visited multiple Honda dealerships for written quotes, including a Costco Auto Program referral. When I visited New Century Glendale, I did not share the competitive quotes. New Century Sales Manager George Amezcua beat every quote by reasonable margins -- and a huge savings from the Costco referral quote. I purchased the car from George and called Costco to recommend they add New Century to its approved dealer list.
