Checks all the boxes we were looking for. Very comfortable, plenty of technology, safety, great mpg, Honda reliability, nice handling. Priced very reasonably for a hybrid with all the included amenities. Listed as a compact SUV but is as roomy as a mid size.

Diana was great to work with. She explained everything thoroughly and I thought the total time from start to finish was on point. I've been to other dealers and the whole process was unbearably long. I was very pleased with her service and I'm glad I have stuck with Honda for another vehicle. Eric O'Neal in the finance department was also great to work with.

The vehicle runs great & is great on mpg too. My only dissatisfaction is that the CarPlay does not hold in its memory. In the 3 weeks I have owned, I've tried at least a dozen times but it does not stay in sync with my iPhone the next time I restart the car. Now I have to make a special appt with dealer service to fix this. Big waste of my time!! Did not expect this from Honda.

From the very start, Dave at Rairdon’s Honda of Marysville was so accommodating and friendly. I would go back and work with him on purchasing a used car anytime. Honda of Seattle is great, and the workers here are amazing. The sales team didn't pressure us to buy a car and were very friendly through all our interactions. When I contacted Klein their internet department, Caitlin, kept me very informed and answered all my questions. By the time I was ready to buy, I had it narrowed to two cars at their lot.
