New and used 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid for sale near Allen, TX

I purchased a used car from this Honda dealership - that was not a Honda. The sales person ?Sep? and manager ?Shawn Anderson? were amazing in their professionalism and customer service from start to finish. The most impressive thing about this dealership and Shawn Anderson, is their ethics! I have never called any dealership ethical in my 40 years of buying cars. The jeep I wanted had an airbag light that came on during test drive. Shawn said they would send it out to a Jeep dealership for repair. He told me they would not sell any car, regardless of make, if it was not 100% at the time of sale. He said it is a David McDavid policy across the board. I asked Shawn if I could sign a waiver and buy the it ?as is?, in the event the issue could not be repaired? - he said no. I am truly impressed with the ethics and professionalism of the staff and management at David McDavid Honda Frisco.

Checks all the boxes we were looking for. Very comfortable, plenty of technology, safety, great mpg, Honda reliability, nice handling. Priced very reasonably for a hybrid with all the included amenities. Listed as a compact SUV but is as roomy as a mid size.

This dealership has great service and courteous staff. Wait time was minimal. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and will go back for any servicing needs.

The vehicle runs great & is great on mpg too. My only dissatisfaction is that the CarPlay does not hold in its memory. In the 3 weeks I have owned, I've tried at least a dozen times but it does not stay in sync with my iPhone the next time I restart the car. Now I have to make a special appt with dealer service to fix this. Big waste of my time!! Did not expect this from Honda.

The best dealership In town. ( HANDS DOWN ) I had an issue they fixed it went way above the call. I came to look a new car. David was very friendly, honest and helpful. He took his time to explained to me all the procedures from buying my car to finance my car, and he went through the features on new vehicle with me. I don't feel very comfortable when go to the dealership, but David proved to me otherwise.
