I had a very specific car in mind, and Anna Marie was patient as she walked me through the process and showed me all of the car's features. During the entire process, she was personable and honest. As opposed to some other places, there was no back-and-forth haggling, and I was very happy with the overall price and financing. I left the dealership feeling good about my overall experience and decision to purchase. Less than two weeks after my purchase, Anna Marie contacted me when my plates arrived, and she and Mike helped me to resolve a post-purchase issue where other dealerships would not have been so helpful. Checks all the boxes we were looking for. Very comfortable, plenty of technology, safety, great mpg, Honda reliability, nice handling. Priced very reasonably for a hybrid with all the included amenities. Listed as a compact SUV but is as roomy as a mid size.

We were very pleased with our experience at Honda of Tenafly. It had been 2 weeks that we were very actively looking for a pre-owned BMW X1. I saw the advertisement of Honda of Tenafly on Friday for a new entry they got matching exactly our requirements. The listing had no pictures as they had no chance to take some yet (nothing sketchy as someone could think). My first contact with them was via text and I have to admit that it was not a successful experience. I would not bother with that system and call directly the dealership. We spoke to Denise that answer all our questions and set-up an appointment for us. Arriving at the dealership we were treated by one of the salesperson, Lydia - very nice and professional. She located the car and brought it for us. The car was not even in the dealership lot yet as they just had finished inspection and were in the process of cleaning it. That stopped everything for us to see it. It was perfect! The car was a trade in with a perfect Carfax - one owner, low mileage, regular maintenance by a local BMW dealership - PERFECT! We decided to go for it! The dealer’s fees were minimum and it was a very transparent process. We didn’t have our checks on us so they allowed us to make a deposit via credit card ($5,000 max on cc per transaction), leave with the car and gave us a few days to bring back a check of the remaining amount. In overall, we are very happy with the process and we would highly recommend to deal with Lydia! She answered all of our questions and was very helpful.

The vehicle runs great & is great on mpg too. My only dissatisfaction is that the CarPlay does not hold in its memory. In the 3 weeks I have owned, I've tried at least a dozen times but it does not stay in sync with my iPhone the next time I restart the car. Now I have to make a special appt with dealer service to fix this. Big waste of my time!! Did not expect this from Honda.

Just bought my 4th Honda CRV. Knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. Yousef / Abdel / Justin walked me through the process and we made a deal. Also bought the extended warranty due to a women in work had something go and it was $4000. I'm a worry wart so piece of mind is worth it to me. My experience At Honda of new Rochelle was nothing short of amazing ! The professionalism and expertise and most importantly HONESTY of people the I encountered was absolutely golden. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle on my own and my salesman Adrien Trumpler was the absolute BEST!!! He was very diligent and helpful . He addressed all my concerns and actually listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and went the extra 5miles to ensure I was satisfied. He didn’t just try to sell me anything. My biggest fear was purchasing a lemon . He was very professional, kind , courteous and helpful during this process and I couldn’t be happier ! Mr Carlos Santana from the finance department was also very helpful when it came to me getting the best deal for my car payments. He was patient with me which I greatly appreciate. If I would’ve known the process would have been this smooth I would’ve came months ago !! If you’re looking for a vehicle GO HERE 10 STARS across the board!!!!

The overall quality of service rendered over the years has been excellent. The sales personnel were professional and once the sale had been negotiated, they were efficient in doing the paperwork and turning over the car. Sales personnel were easy to communicate with.

If you want a great salesman, please see Ray Anthony Hayes and Jamie Casanova. They are the best. I had a rough start in the beginning but in the end, they really came through for me. I was a somewhat unusual customer in that I was an out of state purchaser for a limited availability Civic Type R. I had the most exceptional experience with the team at Hillside Honda - Edwin Luzon and Eli Hartley - who were both supremely courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I truly couldn't have asked for a better deal or purchasing experience with them. They are an asset to the Hillside team. My phone calls were returned promptly, no request was too hard, and their service was top notch. Upon arriving to collect the car, Edwin professionally too me through the paperwork, dominated all the features of the car, and sent me on my way with helpful directions to get out of the city.

As a new customer I was pleased way beyond what I was expecting the sales girl named Florey Hasan did a fantabulous job from the point I went there till the time I was handed the suv she is well experienced and well mannered as my personal opinion I believe if someone as knowledgeable as Florey the company would not just grow but take things to new heights I personally thank hillside Honda for hiring a talent which is not possible with great knowledge and skills to get easily among young people

We just bought a pre owned Civic today. We had a great experience with Sah, our salesperson, and Leo, the finance manager. Everything was upfront and honest. No hidden fees, no lies. The price we found online was the price of the car, which, believe it or not, is a rare thing apparently!! I wish we had gone here months ago when we began our search so we could have avoided all the wasted time with other dealerships, like Babylon Honda, who lied to our faces over and over!! I purchased a HRV last month from Hillside Honda. My sales person was Ahnaf. His non pushy quiet reserve was what I needed to ease me into the scary world of a solo senior woman entering a dealership to purchase a car. He made me feel comfortable and he was more than helpful in answering my questions about the mechanics and details of the car. No question was off limits to him nor did he hassle or push me to purchase the car on the spot. I had plans to visit other car dealerships in the area and Ahnaf graciously said he knew I’d return. A few other visits to nearby dealerships and test driving other cars, I returned to Hillside Honda to purchase my car. The day of my purchase, I had a few personal snags but Ahnaf patiently made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of while my issues were resolved. He even took the time to set up my Car Play so that I could drive with my favorite tunes. I’m so happy with my purchase and would recommend seeing Ahnaf at Hillside Honda.
