I absolutely love this car. I traded my 2023 Subaru Outback Touring XT for this 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring. I absolutely love the way it drives. I have had hybrids before from Toyota and they drive like you know they are a hybrid with noisy obnoxious engines. This car is smooth and has great road manners. It isn't a sports car by any means, but I love the way it drives. It is not your typical fuel sipping hybrid SUV. I would highly recommend this vehicle.

Our experience on June 6, 2022 it was a great one. Robert the sales manager and our sales consultant Murad Qazi. Were absolutely fantastic. The customer service received rivaled and surpassed any that you would receive at any Big brand luxury Dealership. Our purchase was reasonable and at fair market value. All of the cars are in pristine condition, so the search for one vehicle could have you challenged in selecting just one. We purchased a 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 4 Matic that had just been received and had several inquiries already. The experience with Murad was wonderful, a true salesman who put us at ease with his cheerful and comical personality. To note every person we encountered here was a true professional and made us feel like a long time customer and a friend of the business. After researching every suv... And some hatchbacks, I decided that the CR-V Hybrid Sport L was the top of the class. Drove it... Bought it... Love it. Took it on a 12 hour road trip with 104 miles on it...not a worry or problem... Averaged almost 40mpg, too!

Very well designed and made. Could use a little more horsepower and less of the techo gauges in the instrument. Some gauges are repetitive and a few are unnecessary and some are useless. Big downer is that on 2026 forward satellite radio is unavailable. I do not like the potential hassle of using my smartphone. Might buy again.

From day one, I could work all the levers, buttons and knobs. The touchscreen is smaller than we wanted, but it’s perfectly fine for everything we need and is easy to use even when driving, due to large icons. The ventilation system is wonderful at cooling us; heater hasn’t been needed yet. The steering wheel seems to be made just for me, and has no edges anywhere. I like that it takes regular gas, is peppy and fun to drive, and gets great gas mileage. It’s a luxury car to me without the luxury cost. And oh yeah, it’s pretty!

I'm loving the 2025 Hybrid Sport-L. Honda put just the right amount of luxury features to make this the "sweet spot" of the Hybrid line-up. Only quibbles (and they are small) would be the slight lack of power from 40mph to 70mph and the lack of mud flaps/guards on the Hybrid models (easy and cheap to add on). I've average 32 city and about 38 highway. With its relatively small gas tank, I'm average 400-450 miles per tank at about $30 per fill up.

I have purchased two Hondas from Ourisman Bethesda over the past twenty years and have been very satisfied with my purchases. A key reason I keep coming back to Ourisman is John Thurston, Assistant Service Manager. John knows Honda cars, inside out. He fully understands when maintenance or repairs need to be done. More than that, he is very cost conscious, only recommending services that are required. Finally, he is friendly and courteous, always remembering his customers and their interests and concerns. I cannot recommend John and his service team more highly.

Friendly staff that was professional and easy to work with. Nice car selection options beyond just Hondas.

As soon as I arrived, the service technician greeted me as quickly understood the reason for my unscheduled appointment. He quickly wrote up my ticket and politely asked me to wait in waiting area. When service completed, he provided me status along with my bill and walked me over to cashier. The cashier was also extremely polite.

Easy to schedule first oil change over the phone. Quick and streamlined service when arrived at service department. Water machine was broken in waiting room but had coffee and hot chocolate available. Kid friendly with toys, books and kid sized tables.

Have had a 2025 Carnival for almost a year. Ourisman has been an excellent dealer to work with, from purchase to service. Purchase experience was excellent. Living with the service is crucial and it has also been excellent. The first regular service was free, timely and excellent. I recommend this car and Ourisman.
