Daimara Morrill was my service agent for my Honda CRV. It was my first time at this dealership for a regular maintenance. She was extremely nice and helpful. This will be my new regular dealership for servicing my Honda.

Very well designed and made. Could use a little more horsepower and less of the techo gauges in the instrument. Some gauges are repetitive and a few are unnecessary and some are useless. Big downer is that on 2026 forward satellite radio is unavailable. I do not like the potential hassle of using my smartphone. Might buy again.

From day one, I could work all the levers, buttons and knobs. The touchscreen is smaller than we wanted, but it’s perfectly fine for everything we need and is easy to use even when driving, due to large icons. The ventilation system is wonderful at cooling us; heater hasn’t been needed yet. The steering wheel seems to be made just for me, and has no edges anywhere. I like that it takes regular gas, is peppy and fun to drive, and gets great gas mileage. It’s a luxury car to me without the luxury cost. And oh yeah, it’s pretty!

I?ve been a loyal customer of Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda for 13 years, and the service has always been top-notch. I bring both my car and my kids? cars here, and I always know they?re in great hands. A special thank you to Nicholas Murray in customer service?he?s always professional, courteous, and keeps me updated throughout the process. I'm loving the 2025 Hybrid Sport-L. Honda put just the right amount of luxury features to make this the "sweet spot" of the Hybrid line-up. Only quibbles (and they are small) would be the slight lack of power from 40mph to 70mph and the lack of mud flaps/guards on the Hybrid models (easy and cheap to add on). I've average 32 city and about 38 highway. With its relatively small gas tank, I'm average 400-450 miles per tank at about $30 per fill up.

Brought in a 2024 Honda Accord for a 15 k miles check. I have used this dealer for several years. The friendly and competent staff always make me feel welcome.

Came for an oil change, had an amazing breakfast omelette, and then looked at a new civic!
