I am very happy with the 2025 Honda CR-V AWD Hybrid Sport. I bought it in red color and have put 300 miles on the car so far and still have half a tank of gas. I find it very comfortable and I like less buttons to push as compared to my 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe which is loaded with 30 different buttons and gets 12 miles to the gallon.

Let me share that Honda had upped its game with the new CRV hybrid sport model Honda sales were going down and other makers specially Toyota Mazda and Hyundai are making some great cars and competition has really brought the best for the buyers Honda CRV hybrid sport is a great family vehicle Comfortable Sassy Runs great and fuel efficiency with the hybrid engine is also very good Few things Honda can improve are the technology aspect Its high time that the main touchscreen console be updated and made fully functional The system setting is not visible It should be more easy to navigate Technically is key and all the features should be easily accessible and easy to navigate

My wife and I needed a second family vehicle. Already having a 2010 Honda Accord which we fully like, that is still running strong with only basic maintenance upkeep all these years. We decided to again look for another Honda because of Honda's excellent well made dependable vehicles that are headache free. We just purchased a new 2025 Honda Pilot Elite through Sales Rep. Deniz Akad at Paragon Honda in Woodside, NY on 5/14/25. Deniz was great. He was very helpful when I worked out pricing with him online and was able to supply us with the exact Pilot trim and color we were looking for. When we came into the Paragon Honda dealership to go through the purchase, Deniz and all his fellow co-workers at the dealership were very professional, helpful and polite. Never felt any pressure during out whole Pilot purchase and made buying a vehicle through Deniz and the whole Paragon Honda dealership a delight! Our two young boys not only like riding around in the new Pilot, which is a great vehicle, but they also bug us for the keys to just sit in it in the driveway. Thank you again Deniz!

Bought the new 2025 AWD CRV Hybrid Sport Touring in red. CUV handles relatively well and fits a 6' person though the seat bottom should be wider and more legroom is needed. Considering the High prices, the vehicle Lacks many basic features found in competitors' vehicles like fog lights, spare tire, large infotainment screen, ventilated front seats, heated rear sets, panoramic roof and even a rear cargo cover. Honda makes those options available on its Acura line which is Not comparable since Acura does NOT have Any hybrid vehicles, yet those options are also available in its vehicles outside the U.S. It really needs a more powerful engine. Honda is relying on its Old reputation of reliability of its vehicles and historically known of not including more standard equipment and more powerful engines while charging high prices, hence bad 'value' for their prices. Reliability to be determined. Takes ~1K to break in and the mileage is decent, ~38/hwy & ~42/local driving. This is not a racing vehicle so don't drive it aggressively like one. Sales person was friendly & professional. The dealership experience was terrible! Both the sales & finance managers were horrible! Sales manager admitted to Marking Up the prices because the CRVs were very popular and were selling, which surprised me and the sales person next to me! Even tried selling accessories at his 'cost' which cost Less online elsewhere! Worse, did NOT HONOR the sales price listed on its website, just under $39K! Bought it slightly above base MSRP (the small trade helped bring it down but not much). The VIN provided was authentic, as the sales person found the CUV, which was test driven and later bought & owned! The funny yet sad thing was that the vehicle was a swap from another dealership. Finance manager was rude, disrespectful, arrogant & unprofessional. Rushed the signing of documents. Was told something to the effect of 'Your know it all attitude...' after asking about the loan contract and warranty details. Didn't bother to explain the loan contract, extended warranties or pricing unless asked. Didn't even bother standing up to end meeting but put out hand on the table to shake. They got my Initial and Only business! Told Honda via official survey. General manager later responded that survey 'hurt him'. Train your people to behave like professionals without the greed & don't look for pity afterwards! You got your money from your Poor & Insulting attitudes & services and then Expect Positive ratings??! AVOID Honda North!

Checks all the boxes we were looking for. Very comfortable, plenty of technology, safety, great mpg, Honda reliability, nice handling. Priced very reasonably for a hybrid with all the included amenities. Listed as a compact SUV but is as roomy as a mid size.

The vehicle runs great & is great on mpg too. My only dissatisfaction is that the CarPlay does not hold in its memory. In the 3 weeks I have owned, I've tried at least a dozen times but it does not stay in sync with my iPhone the next time I restart the car. Now I have to make a special appt with dealer service to fix this. Big waste of my time!! Did not expect this from Honda.

A day late… NEVER a dollar short with these guys! I thought my first experience leasing my civic hatch touring was great, but my second experience beat it! Walked in to test drive SUV’s as my lease was near end.. walked out with a ‘24 Passport Trailsport, the vehicle I never knew I needed! I was lucky enough for Ronald and Alejandro to work their major AGAIN and to also meat the very informative and kind Jean! Their personalities, professionalism, relatability and honesty is truthfully one of the most spectacular forms of customer service I have ever dealt with in my vehicle journey! She was able to connect me with Duveryney Villalobos one of their Honda Product Specialist who made the experience even better in person. I personally have not had a car shopping experience at a dealership go so well before. The staff was polite and friendly, answered all my questions, and I walked away with a brand new 2025 Honda CRV Hybrid Sport Touring. They've definitely earned our business in the future should we need anything else.

Having been driving 45 years, I would say having to purchase a new car is one of my least favorite things in the World to do. The trepidation and motivation to take the first step into a dealership can be paralyzing. The thought of living in Europe were walking or bike riding or a fast rail pass seems like a more viable option then venturing into a Car Dealership. Fortunately, I was introduced to Mehmet Edipov right away and it was like meeting up with an old friend. Recently bought a 2024 Honda CRV at Route23 Honda. Can not say enough good things about the experience. I chose salesman Yaik Tung based on all the reviews that mentioned his patience, knowledge, etc. So glad I did – he was amazing.
