I am very happy with the 2025 Honda CR-V AWD Hybrid Sport. I bought it in red color and have put 300 miles on the car so far and still have half a tank of gas. I find it very comfortable and I like less buttons to push as compared to my 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe which is loaded with 30 different buttons and gets 12 miles to the gallon.

Let me share that Honda had upped its game with the new CRV hybrid sport model Honda sales were going down and other makers specially Toyota Mazda and Hyundai are making some great cars and competition has really brought the best for the buyers Honda CRV hybrid sport is a great family vehicle Comfortable Sassy Runs great and fuel efficiency with the hybrid engine is also very good Few things Honda can improve are the technology aspect Its high time that the main touchscreen console be updated and made fully functional The system setting is not visible It should be more easy to navigate Technically is key and all the features should be easily accessible and easy to navigate

Checks all the boxes we were looking for. Very comfortable, plenty of technology, safety, great mpg, Honda reliability, nice handling. Priced very reasonably for a hybrid with all the included amenities. Listed as a compact SUV but is as roomy as a mid size.

The vehicle runs great & is great on mpg too. My only dissatisfaction is that the CarPlay does not hold in its memory. In the 3 weeks I have owned, I've tried at least a dozen times but it does not stay in sync with my iPhone the next time I restart the car. Now I have to make a special appt with dealer service to fix this. Big waste of my time!! Did not expect this from Honda.

This is actually the third time I bought a car from Honda of New Rochelle. However, this latest purchase in July 2023 was by far the most outstanding service a customer could expect. I had researched the 2024 Honda CRV Sport Hybrid, and Jonathan Ortiz, the salesman was superb when I visited the showroom. They were straight up. They quoted me the best price. When my particular model and color came in, Jonathan and I made the entire deal over text messages. Two days later, I was picking up my brand new CRV. Then it got even better, Olecia Cooper. the finance manager was fantastic as well. She treated you like a real person not just a customer. Olecia and Jonathan went out of their way to make sure I was the 100% satisfied. If you are in the market for a Honda, I would definitely give Honda of New Rochelle your business. My wife and I needed a second family vehicle. Already having a 2010 Honda Accord which we fully like, that is still running strong with only basic maintenance upkeep all these years. We decided to again look for another Honda because of Honda's excellent well made dependable vehicles that are headache free. We just purchased a new 2025 Honda Pilot Elite through Sales Rep. Deniz Akad at Paragon Honda in Woodside, NY on 5/14/25. Deniz was great. He was very helpful when I worked out pricing with him online and was able to supply us with the exact Pilot trim and color we were looking for. When we came into the Paragon Honda dealership to go through the purchase, Deniz and all his fellow co-workers at the dealership were very professional, helpful and polite. Never felt any pressure during out whole Pilot purchase and made buying a vehicle through Deniz and the whole Paragon Honda dealership a delight! Our two young boys not only like riding around in the new Pilot, which is a great vehicle, but they also bug us for the keys to just sit in it in the driveway. Thank you again Deniz!

Angel Nunez helped me find a car that I loved. He showed me several Honda Fits. I wasn’t sure if I’d wanted to lease or buy. Angel was patient and went over all options with me. I settled on a certified pre-owned car with 18,000 miles on it. The application process for a loan was handled quickly. When I went to sign the paper work with Ivan Then, I encountered a few obstacles but, as a consumer, it is your job to ask questions and read all the paperwork placed in front of you before signing. If you do so, you will not be taken advantage of. So, when I sat down with Ivan, I asked if the car was certified and he said it wasn’t. The lack of certification was an oversight on the part of the dealership because the car was clearly labeled “Certified.” Ivan was honest with me but if I hadn’t asked, I would have walked out of there thinking that I’d bought a certified pre-owned vehicle and I would not have. Anyway, the dealer agreed to have the car certified and told me to return the next day which I did. When I came back the car was certified and ready for me. Finance doesn’t ask you what length of a loan you want. They just automatically draw up paperwork for a 72 month loan. READ THE PAPERWORK. If you want a different term, you need to make that known and they will adjust the terms. Also, the dealership was only giving me one key but asked me to sign something saying that I’d received two keys. When I pointed this out, they agreed to have a second key made for me at no extra charge. Of course, If I hadn’t noticed that, I would not have gotten the second key. So, Angel was pleasant and fair. Ivan was helpful. The process was smooth and I got a great car but because of those hiccups mentioned above, I have to give 4 stars. Be careful and be an aware buyer. Don’t be afraid to ask questions and read everything. Overall, I had a great experience at Bronx Honda and would recommend the dealership. They have a bigger selection of vehicles than the other two dealerships I’d visited. I also want to mention Kofi who details the cars. He was very helpful and suggested some things I might need for the car and where I could get them.
