New and used 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid SUVs for sale near Merrifield, VA

We just bought a new Honda Accord at Sport Honda. This was the most surprisingly easy, cordial car buying experience. Our sales professional, Mr. Haby Ly, was very accommodating through the entire process. Car buying is often a dreaded experience; at Sport Honda, with no bargaining necessary, we got a great price as well as a generous offer for our trade-in. I recommend Sport Honda heartily.

I am very happy with the 2025 Honda CR-V AWD Hybrid Sport. I bought it in red color and have put 300 miles on the car so far and still have half a tank of gas. I find it very comfortable and I like less buttons to push as compared to my 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe which is loaded with 30 different buttons and gets 12 miles to the gallon.

Sport Honda should give him a raise and a bonus for representing it so well. Hey guys we got the 2025 Honda CRV hybrid sport model after a lot of research.. Let me share that Honda had upped its game with the new CRV hybrid sport model Honda sales were going down and other makers specially Toyota Mazda and Hyundai are making some great cars and competition has really brought the best for the buyers Honda CRV hybrid sport is a great family vehicle Comfortable Sassy Runs great and fuel efficiency with the hybrid engine is also very good Few things Honda can improve are the technology aspect Its high time that the main touchscreen console be updated and made fully functional The system setting is not visible It should be more easy to navigate Technically is key and all the features should be easily accessible and easy to navigate

Bought the new 2025 AWD CRV Hybrid Sport Touring in red. CUV handles relatively well and fits a 6' person though the seat bottom should be wider and more legroom is needed. Considering the High prices, the vehicle Lacks many basic features found in competitors' vehicles like fog lights, spare tire, large infotainment screen, ventilated front seats, heated rear sets, panoramic roof and even a rear cargo cover. Honda makes those options available on its Acura line which is Not comparable since Acura does NOT have Any hybrid vehicles, yet those options are also available in its vehicles outside the U.S. It really needs a more powerful engine. Honda is relying on its Old reputation of reliability of its vehicles and historically known of not including more standard equipment and more powerful engines while charging high prices, hence bad 'value' for their prices. Reliability to be determined. Takes ~1K to break in and the mileage is decent, ~38/hwy & ~42/local driving. This is not a racing vehicle so don't drive it aggressively like one. Sales person was friendly & professional. The dealership experience was terrible! Both the sales & finance managers were horrible! Sales manager admitted to Marking Up the prices because the CRVs were very popular and were selling, which surprised me and the sales person next to me! Even tried selling accessories at his 'cost' which cost Less online elsewhere! Worse, did NOT HONOR the sales price listed on its website, just under $39K! Bought it slightly above base MSRP (the small trade helped bring it down but not much). The VIN provided was authentic, as the sales person found the CUV, which was test driven and later bought & owned! The funny yet sad thing was that the vehicle was a swap from another dealership. Finance manager was rude, disrespectful, arrogant & unprofessional. Rushed the signing of documents. Was told something to the effect of 'Your know it all attitude...' after asking about the loan contract and warranty details. Didn't bother to explain the loan contract, extended warranties or pricing unless asked. Didn't even bother standing up to end meeting but put out hand on the table to shake. They got my Initial and Only business! Told Honda via official survey. General manager later responded that survey 'hurt him'. Train your people to behave like professionals without the greed & don't look for pity afterwards! You got your money from your Poor & Insulting attitudes & services and then Expect Positive ratings??! AVOID Honda North!

Service is superb, quick, great communication, and they leverage technology when providing service estimates allowing for a transparent and efficient process. I?ve been to this location many times and the service is consistently good.

Checks all the boxes we were looking for. Very comfortable, plenty of technology, safety, great mpg, Honda reliability, nice handling. Priced very reasonably for a hybrid with all the included amenities. Listed as a compact SUV but is as roomy as a mid size.

I had never bought a car before and only heard horrible things about how awful the process of car buying can be. However, this was NOT my experience with Ourisman Honda of Laurel!! I was greeted with nothing but professionalism, compassion, and kindness. They truly care about their customers! George was INCREDIBLE every step of the way. He even sent me a video of the vehicle I was interested in before I came in. He made every part of the process easy to understand and made sure I would be able to drive off with the car I wanted. I can’t say enough about George. He was so kind and caring and willing to do whatever it took for me to be able to officially say “I’m a car owner!” He took his time with me and never made me feel rushed. Thank you George!! His manager, Roman was so compassionate and took the time to speak with me about what all of the fees meant and what we could do to get a monthly payment that I was comfortable with. He sat down with me, human to human, and connected with me on a personal level while trying to get me into the car of my dreams. Thank you Roman!! The finance office was the part I was most scared of. I was sooo pleasantly surprised and relieved when I met Ash. He was so incredibly patient with me while I asked a million questions and he took his time clearly explaining everything in a way that I could understand. He also gave me some great financial advice for bettering my future that I am truly grateful for. He helped me find the right terms for my loan so that I could be comfortable and confident as I drove off the lot. Thank you Ash!! Every single person I interacted with went above and beyond their job description and made me feel like I mattered. It felt like it wasn’t just my business that mattered but that me as a person with a life outside of that dealership, I mattered to them. My happiness and well-being mattered to them. My future and comfort mattered to them. There was not a single time I felt pressured or discouraged. The car was also immaculately clean, which I very much appreciated. I cannot speak more highly of them! When it’s time for a new car I know who I will call. I am a customer for life now!!

The vehicle runs great & is great on mpg too. My only dissatisfaction is that the CarPlay does not hold in its memory. In the 3 weeks I have owned, I've tried at least a dozen times but it does not stay in sync with my iPhone the next time I restart the car. Now I have to make a special appt with dealer service to fix this. Big waste of my time!! Did not expect this from Honda.

Not really sure I understand but the GMC maintenance that I bought through a different dealership wasn?t as straight forward with other dealerships but she still made it a very easy experience. She explained how the maintenance contract works so moving forward it will be easier. While I did end up paying for service I am still very satisfied with the service that I received and I felt like I was well taken care. I will continue to use this dealership due to the level of of care I received. Great service!

The car-buying process is generally terrible, but we give Mag, Chuck and the rest of the team at Sheehy a lot of credit for making it about as painless as could be. Our conversations over pricing were clear and direct. And they were very flexible with our schedule when we went in to finalize the deal. In the often slimy world of car sales, we couldn't have asked for a much smoother experience.

I can't say enough good things about Sales Manager Ramon Hart, Sales Executive Lamont Jefferson, and Finance Manager Melleny Hobbs and the Ourisman Honda team - their responsiveness, professionalism, and integrity. Working with them, we bought our CR-V on line - they kept and exceeded every promise they made - sent the necessary documentation quickly - and then Lamont even delivered the car to us at our home ( about an hour away from the dealership) and took the time to show us all of the features. And we got a great deal on the car, which was exactly what we wanted, too. Couldn't have been easier and hassle free - great, encouraging experience - and it was buying a car! Took time to highlight the differences between what I was looking at and what I was trading to make sure I understood how they might impact my day to day. Worked out a fair trade. And had me out to door with a finalized deal in a reasonable time.

Purchasing a new care here was a positive experience. We knew we wanted a CR-V and Apollo helped us understand the various trim levels. When I went into Sport Honda to look at a 2025 Honda CRV Hybrid I didn't think that I would walk out with a new car. My salesman, Nathan Gelaye did such a great job introducing me to the car and he gave me such a great deal that I bought the car on the spot. There was no pressuren involved in my deciding to buy this car. Nathan even spent several hours going to another dealership to trade a car from Sport Honda for the color that I wanted and then he brought the car to my house. We had an excellent experience at Rosenthal Landmark Honda. The salesman, Thomas Beyene, went the extra mile in helping us find a good. solid car to buy, secure financing at a reasonable interest rate, add the car to our insurance etc. He was thorough and pleasant, took the time to explain all the paperwork and answered questions willingly. Mr. Sadalla, the finance manager was pleasant and reasonable, made financing and add-on options clear but was not overly pushy about it. We were extremely satisfied with our experience and would buy a car from them again, if we ever need to. (Note we did not have a trade in for this purchase)
